Simple site easy to use good graphics could use better descriptions and reviews on product

the process in purchasing your equipment was easy and laid out. The description of the holster I needed was on your website and the weapon I had that fit the holster.

I've purchased multiple products from StealthGearUSA, namely multiple holsters, a magazine carrier and a utility belt. All are high quality products - I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for top carry gear!

Navigation of the website was easy. I was able to find all the options for the holster I wanted to buy. This will be my first Stealthgear holster, and I'm very excited to get it and add it to my EDC.

I've spent way too much, probably on at least 10 holsters trying to find the perfect holster. Finally tried the Stealthgear ventcore-mini on recommendation from a friend. Took a few weeks but it finally showed up. Was nice and did the job but wasn't significantly better than my previous best holster which is a similar style and didn't take weeks to arrive. Didn't give up, and bought the 5-hole belt clips from stealthgear because I just wasn't digging the belt-clips that came with it, were printing a bit for me and only had 2 holes of adjustment for ride-height. The new clips allowed me to adjust the ride-height lower. Also wore it a few days to break it in. Now it's the most comfortable, completely concealed holster I've owned, the single best and I've tried every major brand. They should just sell it in original configuration with those 5-hole belt clips and it would be unmatched value in my opinion.

Due to the fact that all the SleathGear screws come loose and fall off, I decided to get a repair kit.
I really love the holsters, just hate the fact they always need tightening.

The kit came extremely quick.

I have made purchases on this site twice already. Both times the goods arrived of very good quality.

Understanding that you are a custom shop and can receive a large influx of orders that can affect shipping time, being unable to find offer any kind of estimate is not in keeping with the times. I would focus on improving in that area. Also, asking me to review or rate my experience while my order sits in limbo is something you might want to look into modifying. The timing, from my side, seems very strange. For reference, I like the products you put out, this is my second holster I’ve purchased from you. I hope you take this objectively and appreciate my perspective. Thanks

customer service is horrible. they don't have anyway to leave voice messages and don't reply to emails. buy elsewhere if you expect any type of customer service

i received an email that showed an image that is not on their site. i responded inquiring about the difference asking how to order the correct part,,,unfortunately,,,and as has been happening,,,no response from them.......

they responded to my email indicating that the holster i was seeking was actually available and that the images were generic images. i was not seeking any options other than a proper fit for the emp. the image on the website shows the shell out of alignment which occurred in prior orders. i will have to ensure they deliver the holster with the correct placement of the shell and somehow note that on the order, as i'm not sure they will deliver what they indicated in their email...once again,,,,customer service could be MUCH better

This is my third firearm holster (plus two double mag holsters) I've ordered from stealthgear and they are by far the the most comfortable I've ever worn. I had tried a few others in the past and while the quality was fine and I felt safe with the them, the comfort sucked in comparison with any of the SG ones I've owned. I don't see myself purchasing any other brand again in the future.

Ordered, paid and now, it won't let me look to see when it will ship. As bad ass as everyone says they are if customer service sux! I might have to go back to alien gear, their customer service will get something done, send parts at no cost extra🤔

i like thier products but am asked for a review before ever receiving the product is beyond comprehension, i can't see into the future on the time frame i will recieve or quality of products i don't have yet.

I like the ease of use and UI of this site. This will be my 5th holster and I love them. Thanks!
