Stationary Engine Parts Arvostelua

Superb, efficient and professional outfit. My second time restoring a stationary engine. The first being essentially a marine engine (Kelvin) but this is my first time working on a Lister. A very well laid out website which I found easy to navigate. An excellent selection of spares and a first class service for delivery, packing, etc. Can't fault them. I'll be back for more parts as required and comfortable in the knowledge I will recieve top rate service. Thankyou.

Stationary Engine Parts are one of the most helpful and knowledgeable firms that I have encountered in the world of older/collectable engines. I have relied heavily upon their help and guidance whilst undertaking three restoration projects. Advice is provided by one of the directors of the company, who is prepared to spend a great deal of time and energy in helping customers to identify the parts needed. The website is a wonderful reference work, and gives illustrated guides to many of the engines for which parts are supplied, as well as clear photographs of the parts for sale to aid identification. Goods are dispatched promptly, and slow or late arrival will not be the fault of this supplier. Buy with confidence, as in the event of any difficulty or query, you will be dealt with both fairly and promptly.

I called about 25 places for help but this place said yes I can help you and they where not wrong they refurbished my bmc 1.5 fuel injectors
Amazing people went out there way to help me price was very good but after seeing the work they did I would defo pay more I will be using them a lot more
I have made a friend here and defo won't forget what they did for me and my dad's boat
Thank you

Very experienced and knowledgeable. Great to deal with and good communicators.
Thank you

I ordered transfers which didn't arrive. When I questioned this, they gave me incorrect information about the carrier. The goods did arrive - ONE MONTH later. I advised them of this but they blocked me from purchasing in the future. A very amateurish and somewhat spiteful supplier to be avoided. Poor and inaccurate communicator.

Great service always happy to help. Nothings any trouble will definitely order again. 👍

I’ve purchased several things via this website and have been impressed every time. From paint to spare parts, friendly & efficient service. Would recommend.

Their Paragon paint range has some massive issues where the colour is a million miles off what it should be! But otherwise is very good, but their spray paint is far too thin in my opinion

Their Stuart turner green is completely wrong, and they try and insist to their customers that is the correct shade. Stuart Green is a mid bronze green, the colour they supply is Light Brunswick green. The ONLY stuart engines that had this colour were rebuilt marine engines, and even then it was a much darker shade .

However both their shades of Salmon Pink are spot on, depending what manufacturer of threshing machine you have,

When I put a complaint in, I was told I was was incorrect, even know I have some lengthy experience in these issues, and then the company cancelled another order I had for a customer with out warning or reason.

Their paint had a nice gloss finish and was quick drying, just a shame it was the wrong colour.

SOME of their brass fittings are not that great and similar to those found on eBay from China and India, and can be found on ebay for a much lower price direct from them if you want cheep fittings, but their premium fittings are very nice, but carry a premium price. I suspect their Lister Domestic Pump parts and Lister CS diesel parts, are very poorly made Indian copies, and you would be well advised to keep a eye out for genuine parts. There is lots of people dealing in stationary engine parts on eBay.

The smaller flat belt pulleys are poorly machined, in the fact they are concave not convex and need remaching before being of use which shows up the poor quality cast iron.

Most of the stationary colour ranges are available in their true correct shade from a Craftmaster. Most of the brass fittings are available for a cheaper price off ebay.

Stationary Engine Parts are handy for drive belting and magneto spares, but they do not tolerate complaints or critical comments. Perhaps they forgot the fundamental teachings of sales, the customer is always right?

Found the parts I needed to repair customers Petter PJW2 ordered online prompt delivery, really good quality product.
Will definitely be using again in the future.

Very pleased with the way the company resolved a difference of opinion over what stuart turner green should be! Company sent me additional samples foc and a refund. Really good customer relations. Thank you Paragon.
