Boxes very thin and weak to carry
If I knew the cardboard boxes was so thin I would never of bought them I couldn't use them as as soon as I put my very expensive music equipment the box crumbled and broke I had to throw away all the rest of the boxes

We are sad to see the 1 star review and to hear the item you ordered was not suitable. I can see on the product description for this item that it does state that is a single walled box, therefore will not be as sturdy and strong as a twin walled.
They have always gone out of their way…

Amazing customer service
I had a problem with dishes, not fit for the purpose I needed (ovenproof) Money refunded and alternative suggested, with samples to try. Perfect so I ordered those. Told to keep originals if I could find a use. They were fine in microwave. Fast customer service. Will use again.
