The customer service is…Excellent.

The customer service is exceptional—always helpful and welcoming. The team makes you feel like part of the family, responding to queries with kindness and professionalism. There is a particular lady who always brightens my day; though I can't recall her name, she is incredibly caring and supportive.

Arrived quickly and was exactly as expected.
Only issue was it was less than £10 worth of pizza box cardboard but Yodel refused to leave the package in my “safe place” porch! Unhelpful!

Too much box for product.

One squeegee rubber in a great big box, so unnecessary and no doubt more expensive on postage.
