SpyCameraCCTV Arvostelua 

I ordered a SD card for my wildlife camera, model HCAME1 which had an 19mm aperture. Unfortunately the supplied card at 11mm was too small to fit and the adaptor that came with it, too wide at 24mm. I am aware the model of camera is no longer supplied but hoped a suitable card was still available. The company arranged the return of the card without any hesitation and will be refunding the cost upon receipt of the goods.
I have purchased cameras from them in the past and found them to be helpful and great to deal with.

Nice to find a company that actually puts the effort in to support their customers when they have non-standard support issues.

Had previously bought a turret camera from them and received an email indicating that the firmware needed to be updated on it. Tried to do so but it didn't work so I got in contact with their support, who were very responsive and helped to quickly overcome the issue.

Speedy response with a plausible answer to the question. Need to maintain expertise on older products for those who do not update every time a new model comes out.

Camera works well although the instructions took some working out and the software I had to download was blocked by the security settings on my PC, which was a bit disconcerting. Also the instructions say the maximum memory card size supported is 64GB whereas the seller stated on its website that 128GB is the maximum, so I ordered the 128GB card but then sent it back after reading the instructions. However the seller was very apologetic and said they would happily refund me for the card when I returned it. So overall I am happy. It seems to be a good company to deal with.

Ordered 2 cameras and 2 LED lights, but only got one of each. As I am a British expat now living in the Netherlands, and Brexit has kicked in, I now have to pay customs duties (€25) for any orders!
Replacements will be sent but means I have to initially pay customs duties again, although Customer Services say these will be reimbursed.

I will give four star rating for this transaction. I received my order in good time, delivered by Royal mail. On opening my package I found that extra fitting/ connectors were required. Namely an mail/mail RCA connector and a cable to go between DVR and Tv. So as yet I have not managed to get my mic to perform.
My origin order was not my first choice. SpyCameraCCTV shows a video of their camera model idaudiopro, I could not find this article in their WEB page.
I am still interested in this camera if information is available!
