Sprinkler Warehouse Arvostelua 

Was reluctant to make a purchase and now confused to the bad reviews on this company as my experience was stellar!

I ordered a Rachio Pro 16 controller on 7-8-26 at 2pm, it showed that it was in stock and could be shipped that same day, I paid the $3.95 rush fee hoping that it would. I received the unit on 7-9-26 at 1:30 pm
the unit was brand new and in the manufactures packaging, it is installed and works great.
I received emails from Sprinkler Warehouse that it was about to ship, when it shipped and when it arrived and a bonus the price was the best I could find.

I could not be happier with the service I received and would definitely purchase from them again.

years ago sprinkler warehouse was a great resource and had great prices ...

now, SW is just a drop shipper and the phone "support", is worthless as their telephone answerer doesn't actually know anything about sprinklers ... the SW agent directed me to call a help line at rainbird, which was a contractor/distributor number only as rainbird no longer has customer support ... the blurb on the rainbird line directed me to go BACK to the retailer ...

and SW product selection and prices are now FAR worse than big box retailers, to boot ...

GROK says that pretty much ALL sprinkler websites now operate like sprinkler warehouse, so do yourself a favor and quit wasting time online and just buy from one of the big box stores ... better and quicker service, delivery, and prices, and returns are totally painless ...

Ordered and paid for two sprinkler heads and one has DOA. Have sent multiple emails asking for a replacement or partial refund but they refuse to answer my emails. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

This is a fantastic website. Besides the broad selection of parts at good prices, they have a lot of useful educational material over at their sprinkler school. They also have really fast & helpful customer service, so if anything goes wrong, they will take care of you. Even though I goofed up my own order, they were able to get things sorted out within minutes.

After my first experience with Sprinkler Warehouse, I will not buy my irrigation products from anywhere else. Great prices, fast shipping and fantastic customer service. Sprinkler Warehouse is the real deal.
