Springbok Computers Arvostelua 6

This is the second time that I have used Springbok computers and their customer service is second to none. I had damaged my laptop when it fell on an aeroplane and the back was hanging off precariously. Matthew encouraged me to bring it in and they would assess it. I didn't even need to leave it. A simple screw was all it required and a recommendation that I bring it back to check that all was well at a later date. Thanks so much to Matthew and the team.

Mobile phone was flat and needed a charger. Called into the shop and the gentleman was able to provide everything I needed. Even checked everything worked and offered to charge it up for me.

Springbok Computers are something special & Matt & Alex are very special people. Their service is 2nd to none. They go out of their way to provide a 100% experience for their clients and what is more they have a sense of humour that always makes me smile. 100% recommend for both sales and finding that unusual bit that you need. I can not thank Springbok Computers enough. I have contacted 7-8 computer / console repair shops to try and help me resolve an issue with my Steam Deck (handheld gaming console).
I had attempted to open up my own device and perform a repair on it, as I did this I stripped/rounded a screw of all of its thread and could not get the screw out and caused me to not be able to put the button board back on correctly. Steam wouldn't touch it, other computer stores wouldn't touch it and console repair places that advertise they deal with steam decks would not touch it.
I contacted Springbok who advised me they would take a look for me (more than anyone else had done), I took my device in the same day and both Alex & Matt were not only extremely friendly but sympathetic to the issue I found myself in. They looked at the screw and took the device in the back and within less than 1 minute Alex had managed to get the screw out (I had spent 3 hours stressing trying every trick in the book to remove it, elastic band, smaller screw bit, tape on screwbit, at one point I was on the verge of supergluing a bit to the screw to try and undo it.)
They passed my Steam Deck back with no expectation or charge, I asked them if they could check the console over as I am not sure if I did any damage in my own messing about with trying to remove the screw. They schedlued the work extremely quickly and carried out a complete check over, and even gave it a much needed clean (sorry lads!) and completed the work by the next day at an extremely reasonable price.
I can not thank them enough! I will be using them for all future computer/console issues and recommending them to anyone else who is facing an issue with tech.
Thank you again as you have not only saved me £350+ of buying a new steam deck but my wife no longer has to listen to me complain/stress about it!
