Sport Systems Arvostelua

The people I was dealing with were knowledgeable and friendly and the products are solid even when materials arrived damaged they were quick to assist me

It was great to order from your team. The item arrived fast and in what appears to be good working condition. We are looking forward to getting our new basketball system up and I am sure the youth who use it most will be happy.

Quality product. Good experience dealing with SS

Very fast shipping.I checked out the price with a local competitor and it was twice the price.

The price and product are good but the sales representative attitude and services and time for delivery are terrible.

I bought a ball pool for lu Family Entertainment Center. Design is not good, and not strong enough for our needs. Had to patch up and will people ably have to buy another one shortly to replace this one.

Was fantastic, she was helpful and kept me up to date with the progress and timeline on when I would receive my crash mat. Whenever I am ready to purchase something else, you are guaranteed that I shall be calling and speaking with jenna again.
Thanks again

Very easy to deal with, product was as described, very quick delivery.

Very helpful and prompt in delivery. Would recommend.

Sports Systems has qualified employees, Kevin & his team were super helpful. Very respectful in visiting people supported homes & exercise patience in working through difficult situations @ times in finding a solution.
Thanks Sports System.

A very good customer experience and a quality product.

Knowledgeable and helpful customer service.

We waited longer then we were told
Wrong parts came with the set

Fast ship and product as described, looks good in gym and does it's job!

I have ordered three separate, disparate items from them in the past three years, and have been satisfied every time. They say what they do, and they do what they say. Quality products, solid customer service.

while the customer service aspect was fine, i would think that fine, by today's standards, is not that great. My order was not as it was to be. The original order was confused and i essentially did not get what i was expecting to get. I'm told a credit will come my way...but we will see. I would probably use them again though. I can accept that things don't always go the way we hope.
