Initially asked some questions…

Initially asked some questions regarding product through the site and then made order. Product looks good so far and arrived without issues. Everything went well. Haven't tried the netting out yet for my golf cave but looks good and what I was expecting.
Thanks

We ordered wall matts

We ordered wall matts. They come with a hanging bracket. The box for the hanging brackets was empty. We have yet to receive the brackets. It has nt been easy to have this problem rectified.

Vastaus yritykseltä Sport Systems

Good Afternoon Francis,

Thank you for your feedback, I have spoken with the sales rep and she will be giving you a call shortly. We will of course rectify this problem and get the brackets shipped out to you immediately, not too sure what happened here as we were not aware that the brackets did not arrive.

Sincerely

I have now ordered two crash pads

I have now ordered two crash pads for my home climbing wall. The pad arrived extremely quickly, customer service was prompt and helpful, and the product itself is top quality. Would order again in a heartbeat.

Excellent service

Excellent service, helpful answering all my questions. Everything arrived on time and when there was an issue with damage done by the shipping company, they replaced the damaged part on their dime. Very pleased with the quality of service I received.
