Spiritual Gifts Arvostelua 

Very very poor!! I put an order in on the 2nd of July including money taken. Still to date I’ve had no confirmation or update. I’ve emailed twice, and sent messages to which I’ve received no reply. Very very bad customer service altogether.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after more than two months of trying to resolve a simple replacement request, I feel other customers deserve to know what they may experience.

I originally ordered several bracelets in Size M. One bracelet was repeatedly supplied in the wrong size (Size L), despite my confirming in writing multiple times that every replacement had to be Size M.

Since May 2026 I have fully cooperated with Raw Spiritual throughout the entire process. I have:

* completed multiple return requests,
* submitted screenshots,
* provided verification codes,
* followed every instruction from customer support,
* agreed to the requested replacement procedure,
* and repeatedly followed up when deadlines passed.

Despite this, the replacement has never been successfully completed.

The most frustrating part has been the contradictory communication.

At first I was informed that my replacement had already been processed months earlier. Later I was told it had supposedly been delivered. However, no package ever arrived.

My building has a controlled reception where every courier delivery is registered. Reception confirmed that no courier from Raw Spiritual (or acting on its behalf) delivered a replacement package. I also checked my apartment door several times exactly as requested by customer support, but there was never any package.

When I explained this and requested basic shipping documentation—including the tracking number, proof of delivery, courier details and confirmation of which shipment their delivery photo actually related to—I did not receive the requested evidence.

Even more concerning is that I still possess the incorrectly supplied Size L bracelet in its original packaging. Had the replacement actually been completed, I obviously would no longer have that incorrect bracelet.

Instead of resolving a straightforward mistake, I spent weeks sending emails, repeating the same information and waiting for responses that often contradicted previous statements.

Customer service remained polite throughout, and I appreciate Vanessa's courteous communication. Unfortunately, politeness alone cannot replace an effective resolution.

After more than two months, the replacement is still unresolved.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Raw Spiritual until the company significantly improves its logistics, internal communication and after-sales support.

I sincerely hope they improve their customer service so future customers do not have to go through the same experience.

I ordered a keychain on May 3rd. Money including delivery fee paid, confirmation email received. No keychain received. I’ve emailed, sent messages via text, messenger and Instagram requesting expected delivery date or a refund. No reply to date (27th May).

I ordered a pendulum on March 26 and have not yet received it despite three emails asking for an update

So very happy with the beautiful pendant and the lovely little xtra thank you packaged gifts of earrings and a gemstone from Jenny . I’m so thankful . Items came very fast and well packaged.also very reasonably priced . Ab Fab !!!💎

I highly recommend spiritual gifts Ireland, from the moment I ordered to delivery it was a easy and quick process.
I had a query and jenny responded straight away and was so very helpful with my request. When the package arrived I was so excited to see such beautiful hand crafted gifts, jenny goes above and beyond with her creations and gift wrapping plus the extra special touch of two free gifts for myself which was such a bonus as the items I’d ordered were for other people so to end up with two gifts for myself was unexpected and accepted happily. I will be back for my second order really soon.

Beautiful products. Bought an Amethyst Flower Pendant and it is so pretty. It's a gift for someone who is very much into crystals - so it's perfect. Also it came beautifully packaged and presented AND with an added free gift of silver earrings. Communication with Jenny was excellent - she sent a lovely e-mail. Highly recommend
