Was due to arrive between 08:00 - 12:00 - didn’t arrive till 15:30. Ridiculous, was literally waiting in on day off from 08:00 and had to chase when clocked ticked past 12:00. He did manage to get appliance working though at 16:15…

Our dishwasher was down and we got a next day appointment. The engineer, Phil, arrived promptly and sorted the problem quickly. Thank you and we will recommend to family and friends!

On 22nd Dec our dishwasher broke and I was in a panic! Engineer Ashley arrived on the 23rd and showed me why the appliance should not be repaired due to the cost of parts. I decided a new dishwasher was the only answer and Engineer Chris arrived with and fitted my chosen machine on Christmas eve! I could not be more delighted with the service received from the engineers and the helpful advisors at the telephone end. All were polite, friendly, helpful, conscientious and efficient and the company should be proud of their excellent staff!

Absolutely shocking customer service called for dishwasher repair paid £106 for call out, labour and VAT. I was told you pay extra for parts then told they do not have or order in the control panel parts and they will also not fit new dish washer. So basically they scammed me and did not complete any labour work. They also have an ill mannered receptionist Joanne being outrageously rude to customers

Incredibly easy to book. The lovely lady at the end of the phone was really helpful. Got a quick appt and paid the reasonable call out fee. I was pretty certain re the issue which the engineer confirmed was the case when he arrived. He was cheerful, efficient and polite. Would 100% use again. Thank you Spin Doctor - Christmas dinner is ON! lol.

Incredible service from start to finish. Friendly, efficient and punctual. Unlike C&rrys who are beyond useless and you cannot speak to a human being and who employ delivery guys who can't walk up a flight of stairs.
SpinDoctors were so quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Online booking made on a Saturday afternoon , which was very easy to make.
The Engineer Chris arrived Monday morning.
Such fantastic prompt service. Rectified the problem quickly. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgable . Would definately recommend .

We used them for a washing machine. Call out fee is wrongly advertised on their website to start with. You enter your postcode and they give you a rate. When you call them the rate has already increased by £30 and they inform you that “there is a problem with the Website”.
Then they explained to you that if the engineer needs to come back to the job it would be included in the rate. Great. The engineer comes over for 5mn and informs you the washing machine can not be repaired and you need to buy a new one from them.
Fine I will. Then they are adding a charge of £168 for installation , delivery and removal. So what happened to the fact that I was informed if the engineer has to come back it would be included in the £118 you already paid for a 4 mn call out ? Well it isn’t covered for a new washing machines …
I am afraid for me it isn’t a good experience and I will get my washing machine elsewhere. Shame as the staff were friendly , but the politic of charging again and also the wrong price advertised online is not good enough.

I wish I could say my experience was positive but in actual fact was the complete opposite. Instead of ensuring their customers are left satisfied they care more about money. Wouldn’t recommend in the slightest. Terrible customer service amongst other things. If I could leave zero stars, I would. However I give you one star for returning my call back yet not rectifying my issue. DO NOT USE!!!!

Had a brilliant experience with Spin Doctor! We had two engineers out on the same day – the first quickly diagnosed the issue, and the second came to replace the machine. Even though he arrived late (through no fault of his own), he was totally committed to getting the job done and worked late into Friday evening. Professional finish, spotless workspace, and real attention to detail. Couldn’t ask for better service. Definitely recommend

Dishonest

Do not engage this company. If you do, check, double check and triple check that they can actually service your machine. I stated I had a commercial machine that needed repair in both my email and phone call. Not once did they say they cannot service commercial machines. They were just incredibly eager to charge for the call out in advance and inform me that they do not issue invoices but that services had to paid for on the spot. The focus was entirely on instant payment rather than on service and ended wasting everyone's time and the money for an unncessary call out.

In response to my complaint they stated this was unavoidable despite the email and phone call being very clear on the fact that the machine was a professional commercial machine. They stated they could repair it when they knew they couldn't.

Kieran and Spin doctor were brilliant from beginning to end. Quick, slick and never felt pressured into doing anything. All my options were explained to me and in my control. I would 100% use again and recommend.

My washing machine has broken down last night. I called SpinDoctor this morning at 9am and they managed to send an engineer out, got the machine fixed within 2 hours, by 11am.

I could not believe how efficient they are. everyone was helpful and very nice. The engineer Rob Herts was very helpful and friendly.

I will definitely use this company again if I have any problems with my appliances.

Washing machine wasn’t draining so rang Spin Doctor. They had it fixed within an hour of me calling them! Kieran was efficient and courteous. Would use them again.

Weren’t interested in helping us when they learned we had already had an engineer look at our faulty appliances. Our previous engineer had been useless so we came to Spin Doctor in the hope they could help, but apparently have a thoroughly bizarre policy where they won’t look at an appliance that has previously been looked at because “we don’t know what they’ve done, we don’t know what we’re walking into.” Utterly bizarre!

Very good service. The engineer let's you know they are on their way and he arrived right at the start of the time slot and fixed my washing machine quickly and efficiently. Reasonably priced, much cheaper and more convenient than having to get a new machine.

Fantastic service , swift and easy process! I had a non repairable machine and I had a new machine installed the very next day !

I spoke to a lovely woman on the phone made everything clear and easy. Great explanation on pricing. The engineer was pleasant and was able to fix my problem on the washing machine. Would 100% recommend using this company!

We contacted this business to repair a broken appliance. The engineer arrived and told us it was not worth fixing, then pressured us into buying a replacement directly from them. He claimed it was the same model, just newer, and rushed the process without giving us sufficient time to verify the information.

What we received was a far cheaper, lower-spec machine, clearly missing key features we had relied on. When we raised concerns later that day, we were met with hostility and denial. Rather than taking responsibility, offering a refund, or even returning our original machine, they blamed us and charged significantly more to supply something comparable to what we originally had, plus additional installation costs.

The entire experience ended up costing nearly double what a repair would have. On the phone, Cheryl claimed this situation had “never happened before,” yet a brief look at other reviews shows this is clearly false and part of a pattern.

We have submitted a formal complaint to UK Trading Standards for misrepresentation and unfair commercial practice.

We would not use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
