Sparkling Direct Arvostelua

The website is attractive. Each Champagne is well displayed and has the necessary information for an informed choice.
The price, which includes packaging, gifting and postage, is reasonable and competitive.
Good follow up communication by email. Delivery went to plan. Pleased with my choice and would use again.

Fabulous!
Great gift, 🎁 loved the gift box and message card
Super fast delivery
Many thanks

No 80th birthday balloon was advertised on the website, but this was no problem and after a quick phone call this was all set up, no problem and turned around within days - Thank you.

I discovered Sparkling Direct a few years ago and they are definitely my go to Company when I want to send a special gift to family and friends. The excellent choice of gifts and first class service make them simply the best. I have sent many gifts over the years and I would not consider any other Company. They are totally reliable and the gifts are beautifully packaged. Delivery is tracked and updated and always arrives on time. Always kept informed by email, regarding dispatch and delivery. Website is easily navigated and what you see, is what you get! Perfection!

I placed my order with this company who in turn offered me a first class service cannot fault them for anything. The bottle of wine turned up when it should have and it was packed very securely. I ordered this wine to say thank you to Jo at the funeral parlour who took great care of my mum?

easy to use. arrived when specified.

Easy to use website. Great choice of wines, packaging and layout of gift card. Good pricing with no added cost for delivery. Notification of delivery on the day is also very good. Would certainly recommend this Company.

Quick and easy. Delivery was exactly what I asked for and it was packaged beautifully. It was really nice to send something a little bit special. Would recommend.

I have used Sparking Direct for client gifting for two years and they have always delivered on time to a variety of UK addresses.
The ordering process is quick and easy and it saves some of your information so multiple orders to different addresses from the same sender are easy to do. And you get a single invoice which is a godsend!!! I did make a mistake on one and they emailed me with a fix within 30 minutes - and that was at 6.30am!!!! Great company to deal with!!

Easy process. Kept well informed. Delivered on chosen date and recipients delighted. Thank you

Easy ordering website , reliable stock and reliable delivery .. on time !

There were excellent choices offered, and the delivery was perfect. I am thrilled!

Excellent result. From beginning to end. Seamless. Would highly recommend.

Delivered as promised, very efficient.

Good quality product as listed, and delivery was on time as per instructions. Will certainly place more orders through you

Efficient, no issues.

Excellent service. Easy to order and delivered as expected. Would highly recommend Sparkling Direct.

Ordered birthday present nearly two weeks ago, scheduled for it to arrive a day before her birthday. I was never given any tracking information and when I searched the order number on website it stated it didn’t exist. Finally, the birthday date went by and I called to enquire and said they would send out a replacement and latest it would arrive is Monday (today) and it has still not arrived and no one is answering the customer service line. Would not recommend if you actually want your loved one to get their gift on time

A Birthday Bottle of Bollinger ordered for delivery on the Dec 4th for my recently widowed Step-Mum. No delivery was made due to the courier not finding the address (even though in the middle of a town and v easy to find) - not Sparkling Direct's fault, but they didn't reply to any of my emails and didn't follow up until the 11th, a full week after the delivery was due. It is now the 12th Dec and after promising yesterday they would send out a replacement for today - but nothing has arrived for my Step-Mum and no tracking info emailed through.

Disappointing for special occasions and poor Customer Service when something goes wrong. Still waiting for a response and money to be refunded.

After trying to place an on line order with sparklingdirect, I was having a problem getting my payment to be accepted, which after the really bad storm we have just had, which disrupted our internet, I really wasn't surprised, so, I rang them and was really pleased that the lady who I spoke to went out of her way to help me complete the order. As we were still having problems, she sent me details on how I could make my payment, and details of their account etc. A few messages later and my order was completed. So helpful, and friendly, I would definitely use them again.
