Sparkling Direct Arvostelua

Pleased with my personalised champagne bottle. It arrived in a couple of days which was handy as I hand left it up the last minute. It makes a lively keepsake

Excellent product delivered quickly. The personalisation a very nice touch.

Great choice of products, next day delivery and fab customer service.

Delivered very quickly and packaged beautifully

First class from placing the order and completion of the delivery. .
Our friends were over the moon with gift!
Thank you and Happy New Year 2026

My house is really hard to locate and Jacquie from Sparkling went the extra mile pulling out detailed maps of the area in order to help the driver locate us. They were also really easy to contact over the busy Xmas season with a rep (Jacquie) returning my call immediately after having researched the delivery issue before calling. I was honestly a bit stunned! The packaging was also beautiful and I can highly recommend ordering from these guys!

Very easy to order, great selection and orders are delivered on time. I also like the fact how they update you from the moment they are sending your order until it has been received by the recipient.

I was looking for a firm who had the right champagne and who could deliver on time with a personalised message. I had not heard previously of Sparkling Direct but was prepared to take a chance. My friend received her champagne yesterday and is delighted. As am I. Thank you.

I came across Sparkling Direct during a last minute panic last Christmas for client gifts last year, and they’re so good, I’ve been back again this year! I’ve only sent champagne, so can’t comment of their other products but they have a large range of options, reasonably priced, lots of different packaging options (celebration boxes etc), genuine next-day delivery - even in December! And a great comma system that tells you when each item is en route, and has been delivered. Really happy with this service, and would really recommend it.

Very prompt service and a wonderful response to my query when my friend hadn't received her gift. She has since found it.

Very pleased with quality and price. The personalised label was the " cherry on top". Thank you ... John S.

placed an order on the 26th Nov for delivery on the 28th. Item not despatched and now can't get hold of anyone in customer services via phone or email!

Absolutely disappointed. Will call tomorrow to raise my concerns. Prosecco bottle is too big for the the wooden box provided. To the point it had damaged the prosecco bottle and the personalised label . The personalised label was not stuck down properly and had to to do it myself. Absolutely gutted. Not wheat I expected. Looks damaged and cheap. Plus it doesn’t even fit in the box. Quality of the label is disgusting

Easy to use website. Arrived on time

Great gift choices, service and quick delivery.

Great product, delivered when stated, and the item was loved by the person receiving the gift.
All you want when ordering on line 👍🏼

Although I have only seen the present on line my friend has contacted me today to say she has received her birthday gift and is absolutely delighted. It was delivered on the correct day and quite early. Excellent service

Wonderful company! Lighting fast delivery, great communication. Have used them several times and all times have been an excellent experience.

As with my 3 orders over the last three weeks, (Sept Oct busy months for me) The service has been excellent. Delivery done on time. Website easy to navigate. However today my order for a 75th Birthday Gift was delivered with a 21st Birthday balloon. I was quite mortified. Luckily for you and me my very understanding sister-in-law did see the funny side as she always says she is still 21 in her head.
