Order not received, ordered a part for my air fryer on the 30th June money taken right away But my order never came. Sent an emailed and got a reply to say order on a back order left it for another 2 weeks but still nothing so emailed and asked for a refund. Got a reply asking for my post code and that was last Monday Which I sent them that day and had no reply since. Send loads of emails and still no reply. Paid with PayPal so raised a complaint with them.
And sent more emails

I ordered a fridge shelf online and initially the wrong one arrived, partly my fault and partly the firm’s. But spares2go went well out of their way to put things right. I’d use them again.

Would have been 5* (sorry Des) but for item being out of stock/obsolete. Otherwise, helpful comms and refund recd promptly... Would definitely use again.

Lockdown expectations of being able to source a replacement oven-door seal were not high. No serial number on the oven itself, and only an obscure code in the old user's manual to go on - which bore no resemblance to any codes on the actual Bosch site. Came across Spares2go in the course of my internet searches, put in the code, and had an email back in a few minutes identifying the correct part, and confirming that it was actually in store - arrived a few days later, and oven door now restored to factory-standards. And it was far less expensive than I had expected.

I have an old, trusty Dyson DC01 that just keeps on going: Except that the extendable pipe grew a hole over years of use. Dyson do not support the DC01 anymore. But Spares2go sourced the elusive replacement part cheaply. When the original replacement had an incompatible connector, Des the Customer Service Manager persevered, using my photos, to locate a compatible pipe. Great service and positive communications. Thanks for keeping my DC01 going!

When the handle on my Tefal Actifry snapped I dreaded the worst as it was quite old. Having looked on the internet I could find replacements but none seemed to match the model number on mine. However, I came across Spares2go, and was asked to provide every number on the base plate, thankfully they could match one of them to the part, and the rest was simple. I now have a new handle and hopefully more years of use from my Actifry.

Great customer service from Des, very helpful nothing seemed too much trouble. I emailed as I was having trouble paying for a lead for an old tower slow cooker. Des emailed me back with details how to sort the problem. Lead arrives next day. Great to have a company that goes the extra mile. Thank you.

We required some replacement parts for an old machine and found them at Spares2go. We placed the order and received follow up from Des in customer service. He was most helpful and arranged the delivery for us which came more quickly than predicted, which was great. The most helpful service I have ever had from a website. It was as good as personal shopping.

I was after what I thought was impossible; a blade for a thirty year old machine. Not only did I get a swift answer and advice on how to remove the old one, (by return of email on a Saturday!) but a replacement is being despatched on Monday. As long as it fits....but great service, thank you.

Spares2go found a new hose assembly for my 20-odd-year-old Hoover Alpina, and saved the old machine from dusty death in a landfill. It is now working better than ever. Service above and beyond, and very much appreciated.

I cannot rate this company too highly. Firstly, they were most helpful in finding the right carbon filter for my now ancient Zanussi cooker hood.There wsa a slight glitch when the wrong one got sent to me but they very quickly and efficiently despatched the correct one. They are a very friendly and helpful company which is very refreshing in this day and age especially when companies are under a great deal of strain during the coronavirus outbreak.

I was searching for a replacement microwave glass turntable. Spares2go provided an excellent service, very helpful and efficient.

Pretty poor
I ordered some end caps for a Gtech Air Ram and they only lasted four months. When I contacted Spares2go for replacements they said they only give three months warranty. I don't know how a UK company can that legally or ethically. You might save a few pence but if it only lasts four month why bother, won't be using them again

First class service in every respect - recommended unequivocally !!

November 18th 2019 I ordered a part and was told that it would take 21 to 24 working days to be despatched to me - I accepted this and paid.

When it got close to the 21 to 24 days I contacted them and asked for an eta. The reply I got was that the time wasn't up yet.

I asked again for an eta and got no reply.

Once the 24 days was up I again contacted and asked for an eta - I was ignored.

As I paid by PayPal, I contacted them and asked for help. PayPal contacted Spares2Go and they were ignored. PayPal gave 10 days to resolve or escalate to refund status.

Just before the 10 days was up I received an email telling me that the item had been despatched and would be with me in 2 - 3 days.

At the end of day 4 with still nothing having been received I escalated the claim with PayPal.

PayPal asked Spares2Go for shiping details including a tracking ref and they were told Royal Mail with no tracker reference. As thsi was no proof of shipment I was issued a refund. - Big thankyou to PayPal.

I then received the following email from Spares2Go:
"Hello again
We have just been advised that you have been refunded by paypal.
As previously advise we have sent you the item you ordered and sincerely apologise for the delay . This was due to the suppliers being sluggish in supply and of course Christmas and New Year didn't help as the item had to be ordered in from China to France then France to us via our supplier.
When you receive your parcel ,as you've been refunded, please return to us by refusing the parcel.
If you still require the part, advise us of it's arrival and we will issue you with a money request via paypal. If we don't receive it back within 7 days we'll assume your acceptance of this offer.
Sincerely".

So, are they saying that in 7 days time I owe them money if I don't return something that I haven't received?

Their bad communication leaves me to believe that they have no concern for customer satisfaction.

Delivery / supply chain hiccups happen and good communication allows customers to make informed decisions about suppliers. Ignoring emails and keeping customers in the dark can only breed distrust.

I will not use this company again.

Bought a part which was delivered within few days , I requested a installation diagram which came within minutes , after explaining the newer part is slightly different with more features Des sent me very straight forward diagram and part installed in seconds . Top service

I wanted a replacement switch for a Dualit kettle. Des in Spares2go offered to try and source one if I could send him a photo.

It turned out that the kettle doesn't have a switch part as such, but a spiders-web-like plastic assembly. Des's reply was to say that he had contacted Dualit on my dehalf and they asked him to tell me to send in the kettle. Which I am about to do.

Filter holder for my Dualit kettle had broken, kettle otherwise perfect and new kettle expensive. Spares2go was the only place I could find to get a replacement. Very reasonably priced at £6.56 with free P&P.
Easy online ordering and company kept me informed of order progress. Delivered within a few days as promised, and with free filter thrown in.
Kettle now good as new at a fraction of the price of replacement. Can’t fault Spares2go. Excellent.
