Southeastern Railway Arvostelua 

The annual sh*# show during the Christmas period that these inept clowns preside over seems even worse than normal this year. Even though Victoria Station is closed and there are no trains to Victoria at all Southeastern do not permit season ticket holders to use the St.Pancras train to get to Central London without paying an additional £15 daily charge. So not only are passengers subjected to significant inconvenience and delays they must pay additionally as they navigate these delays. It is long overdue that the contract awarded to these idiots is immediately suspended so that customers can be treated fairly.

Caught the train from Rochester to Herne bay tonight. The guard on the train, Catherine. Was an asset to south east Rail. With staff like her your service will be 10 out of 10. Thank you VCatherind for your service and dedication

Reoccurring delays

Constantly late, zero reliability, every week without fail it dissapoints, trains are tired dirty and need replacing, consistently rubbish

Having left hospital after a big operation and returning home by train, the Special Assistance teams at both London Bridge and Tonbridge stations were a delight. Everyone could not have been more helpful. Thank you for making a daunting trip much easier and for going above and beyond

Be wary! App e ticket paid for online, but tickets not received. Kiosk Agent said that I can claim a refund when I get the tickets by email. 1 day later, still no e tickets. A catch 22! A rip-off?

Unreliable and overpriced.
Trains are always delayed or cancelled, not enough capacity during peak hours. The same journey using Thamelink is half the price. In my area, southeastern is the only mode of public transport and the local station is closed more or less every weekend for “engineering” works. Considering the cost of the service it really is disgraceful

Charing cross to Ramsgate

Everytime I want to catch a train it is delayed. Southeastern provide a terrible service. It is not reliable and it isn't surprising people drive given the awful service. I post this review but nothing will changed!!!!

Delayed, delayed… cancelled. It’s pointless trying to be on time for work when you rely on this service. Even making a complaint or trying to claim for the ‘delay and repay’ is painful, to the point you just give up.

Late again. Supposed to arriving at LB at 0707 now 0720 still not arrived!

I am a disabled traveler and on the 27/11 I was put in a train from Charing cross to Waterloo east in a disabled carriage. When we got into Waterloo east the platform staff couldn't get me off the train because the door on the side I needed to get off was out of order. There was no notice on either doors in either side of the train so the staff member at charing cross would not have known. I had to travel to London Bridge and change trains and come back to Waterloo east. I made a complaint and was offered a £10 marks and Spencer gift card. I explained I don't shop on this shop and they offered me vouchers for 2 free coffees at a coffee shop. I explained I don't use coffee shops so this was not acceptable and now they have just ignored my emails. This is the way they treat customers is ridiculous

Always an issue with southeastern. Case in point; currently stood at Sidcup, the line looks to be blocked by a train that cannot move at Albany park. Announcements just saying no one knows why it’s stuck there. No information on how long it’ll be stuck there. I don’t think anyone could be this useless if they tried!

Pathetic service!! One direct train per hour on Saturday's on the Bexleyheath line to and from Charing Cross!! Totally unacceptable in the 21st century!! Most trains are always delayed or cancelled as well

The worse company on train service anywhere in UK always running late with some excuse & they say high speed trains 🤣🤣 took from Bromley south to Folkestone Central on a Saturday morning over 3 hours 😴 what a joke they are. Please AVOID!!!

Scam company Greedy and useless . Service is appalling trains always delay , you try to reclaim for compensations but the greedy southern trains only give us poor peasant less than £5 for delays that cost us hard working people time and a lot of money .

The trains are old and dirty even the high speed trains are trashy where they charge you like £40-50

Get a car , take the coach heck even a uber is better . don’t use this company

I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel a security guard at Welling station,he said we was employed sadly because there had been some deaths on the tracks,it was his job to moiniter commuters and see if he could help anyone who seemed distressed .After chatting to him I feel sure he will be a great asset ,he understood that sometimes just listening can make a difference.If his input saves lives then hooray to whoever came up with this inisative.

Was charged the same again for a ticket I already had! My mistake even though I asked at the station if I could get the earlier train, the train ticket person on the train charged me for the mistake!!!! Fair play but……the couple a few seats back made the same mistake but she didn’t charge them! Discriminate much? I tried to complain on your site but does not present itself well on a phone to hit the submit! Your staff need training who are they to pick and choose who the policy applies to? Disgusting behaviour!
