I was happy with my watch for a few months until the minute hand falled... I wrote to the customer service a few times in 3 months, but no indication they are alive....

Stay away. Poor communication and slow delivery. Delayed for three months after waiting seven. Materials ok for price point but better off getting a Seiko for a little more. Nice concept for watch but they need to improve processes and service.

Nices watches, good price, good quality. Love it!

Clasp broke almost immediately after purchase, they were extremely slow at replying to my emails and it’s been 4 months now and still not refund or repair.

Je voulais simplement vous dire à quel point j’aime ma montre Solios. Je suis vraiment fier de porter une montre d’une entreprise québécoise, surtout avec une qualité et un design aussi réussis. On sent que beaucoup de soin a été mis dans le produit, et je suis très satisfait de mon achat.
J’espère vraiment que vous allez continuer à développer de nouveaux modèles et de nouveaux styles dans le futur. Si c’est le cas, vous pouvez être certains que je serai encore client chez Solios!

Commande en pré-vente de la nouvelle montre Sunseeker en décembre 2025 pour une livraison prévue en avril. Le service à la clientèle me confirmait une livraison le 13 juillet. Toujours rien. Cette entreprise s'est relevée d'un faillite en 2025 et les propriétaires sont les mêmes incompétents donc pas vraiment surpris.

I received the watch quickly but, now for the return, it s been a different story. The phone number provided to conta t the company does not work. I filled out the form as indicated. It said I would receive a return label and have 30 days from the deliveey date. I have not receive the label and I don't even get answers on the chat. I am extremely dissapointed with the lack of customer service. I do not recommend it at all!!!!

Customer service is non-existent. Phone number got disconnected, no email answers, nothing. DO not buy from this company.

Do NOT buy from Solios Watches unless you want your money held hostage for months. I paid in full back in October, and they spent the next nine months repeatedly postponing my delivery dates. Their final promised date of July 21st was missed entirely, and they completely ignored my follow-up emails.When I reached out, I was met with generic, automated stalling emails refusing to give a clear shipping date. It was only after I sent a strict legal ultimatum promising an immediate American Express fraud dispute, an RCMP Anti-Fraud report, and a BBB complaint that they suddenly woke up and agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund.It shouldn't take threats of legal action and credit card disputes just to get a company to respond to basic customer service. Their business model relies on endless stalling tactics. Save yourself the extreme stress and buy from a reputable watch brand instead.

Je fais suivi le 8 mai et on me répond que la livraison est prévue fin mai.

Je fais suivi le 26 juin.

On me répond livraison au plus tard le 3 juillet. Pas à m'inquiéter, je recevrai un email lorsque la livraison sera effectuée.

21-juillet rien reçu.

I requested a replacement, and it was approved. They received the watch back, and then they completely disappeared.

I’m paying for a product that I don’t even have. It’s extremely frustrating.

AVOID this company. I wanted to support a B Corp, but Solios Watches delivered delays, poor communication, and an incorrect product.

I ordered a watch and two bands on Nov 30, 2025 ($340). The order arrived Dec 9, but the mesh band was too short to use. I contacted support on Dec 23 and, after delays, was told it was due to a production change. They offered a refund or replacement, I chose a replacement assuming it would be timely.

The correct band wasn’t available until Mar 6, 2026 and didn’t ship until Apr 2. Delivery has now stalled for weeks because the company hasn’t paid the shipping charges. Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered.

I’ve reported this to the Competition Bureau Canada due to concerns about misleading practices. I hope no one else has to go through this because it's been beyond frustrating and unacceptable.

J'ai retourné la montre le 22 janvier, elle a été retournée le 22 avril après nombreux appels de ma part sans aucun suivi (SAC affreux).
Réparation non garantie. Coût de la réparation 50$ + payer le transport 30$.

Acheter en septembre 25, la
Montre prend environ 2 hres de retard par jour, j ai communiqué avec eux . La solution est de la mette au soleil pendant 2 jours,ce nous avons sans résultat. Envoie de la montre réparation depuis, plus de nouvelles. Très mauvais service a la clientèle. Ça sent la faillite.

I was ready to buy two watches but decided to start with one for my husband's birthday.
I called the customer service because I had a question about the watch I wanted and the strap that came with it, he said he'd get the information for me and call me back the same day. (Never got a call back)
Two days later (the 12) I send an email and get a reply back on the 18 once again letting me know they'll check with the rest of the team and they'll get back to me.
Two days later (the 20th) I call back refering to my email, he says "yes everything is in order, I'll send you a payment link to place your custom order and if I don't send it it's because something is not available, but if it isn't I'll call you back right away so we can find a solution"
We're the 25th. Still no email, still no call.
No good customer service FOR buying, so I can't imagine after buying.

Thankfully all of this happened so I found a better watch and company.

dont buy. i never write negative reviews but i have had same experience with everyone who said their watches didnt keep time etc. took me 4 months to get mine repaired under warranty and a lot of badgering and it started loosing time again shortly thereafter, they are now ignoring my emails. i agree with the guy who said just donate the money to a sustainable cause

After some research, I asked for a Solios Classic as a birthday gift three years ago. I liked the design and bought into Solios’ environmental vision. Despite seeing negative reviews, I ignored my instincts and wanted to believe the promises — including the claim of 30+ years of charging capacity.

After just three years, the watch has completely stopped charging.

Solios offers a 36-month warranty, which I fell just outside of. Reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m far from the only customer who’s had issues well before anything close to the lifespan that’s advertised. I’ve also had no response from Solios about repair options, which only adds to the frustration.

The watch cost £250. I also recommended the brand to my sister. In hindsight, we’d both have been better off donating that money directly to an environmental cause — at least it would have had a lasting impact.

If you’re considering Solios because you want to support sustainability without compromising on style, here’s my honest advice:

1. Buy one only if you see it as a way to support a green startup — but accept the real risk that the product may not last.
2. Skip the watch entirely and donate the money to a cause doing measurable environmental work.
3. Spend a bit more on a proven, reputable brand that will actually last — longevity is sustainability too.

Nice design. Nice ideas. But for a product built around longevity, three years is simply not good enough.
