Solihull Carpets Arvostelua

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent service.

We recently had our rental property carpeted throughout. First class job done by Solihull Carpets. Good price, attended on the agreed dates and carpet looks absolutely fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future or recommend to others.

After having my LVT done in the porch and hall and stairs/landing carpeted a couple of months ago, I could not wait to get Solihull Carpets back to carpet my living room. The experience from start to finish was amazing and I’m so pleased with the end result. Thank you all for the fantastic service provided. Now planning the office, speak soon 😁

Great service from start to finish right from the shop experience through to the final fit. Our project was a whole house split into different dates but the team were very flexible, helpful & worked with us to complete the job. Our carpets are gorgeous - really super quality & well fitted. All the fitters were polite, tidy & friendly to deal with. All in all I would highly recommend this company & if we ever move I'll be going to them again! Well done all at Solihull Carpets.

I have been delighted with the service provided, from beginning to end.
When I first went into the shop, I was given good and sound advice, and was able to take a book of carpet samples home with me. When I made the order, I was well informed about the timeframe and this was adhered to. Yesterday my carpets were fitted and I couldn’t be any happier with them. And the carpet fitter himself was a pleasure to have in the house, hard-working, punctual and respectful.
I will definitely be coming back for my bedroom carpets!
Thank you to everyone at Solihull Carpets.

Fantastic service. Amtico fitted into a large conservatory without fuss or mess. We had not used Solihull Carpets before, we won't hesitate to go back to them. Highly recommended.

Efficient service; knowledgeable, helpful staff in store and expert fitters

Richard and the team offered a professional service for our new office installation - a top quality finish to the new carpet and laminate floors.. I would highly recommend Solihull Carpets

Great service from start to finish. Dan and Wes assisted us in choosing the right carpet for the apartment. Simon and Max did a brilliant job in fitting. Old carpet removed and new carpet hoovered prior to them leaving. We are delighted and would highly recommend Solihull Carpets to anyone!

Solihull Carpets were superb! Great communication and guidance, regular updates, and thoroughly professional installation which looks incredible. I would happily recommend them and use them again, fantastic company all round, from the showroom and the staff there to the guys who did the installation. Excellent service and a well earned 5 stars!

Great service. Good quality carpets and excellent fitting.

As always fantastic service from everyone at Solihull Carpets.
Huge choice, no problem with borrowing samples. Measured and checked then fitted perfectly.
Have used them before and would recommend them to anyone and definitely use them again.
Thank you x

Great service from Solihull carpets, lovely service in the shop, good advice but left us to choose no hard sale very relaxed, carpet fitted four days later by two really good polite fitters worked very hard and cleared up all the mess, would highly recommend.

5-star service from Solihull Carpets. From measuring up, advice on products and fitting my mum was delighted. Very competitive pricing. They even fixed a door bar in the bedroom for her. Thank you for everything.

Very happy with our experience of Solihull Carpets - everything from our initial experience in the showroom to the final fitting and payment was entirely positive.  Carpet was of very good quality and at a great price, and quality of fitting was exceptional. More than happy to use again or recommend.

This is the fifth time we have used Solihull Carpets. Lisa and Emma in the showroom are so helpful. The price is fair and the fitters do a great job. Everyone is friendly too. You get a very personal service.

From visiting their shop in Shirley to the guys installing the carpet, everything was perfect, great communication, timelines agreed and met and very polite and helpful throughout. Great value and carpet has transformed our house

Richard and his team did a fantastic job with the fitting. Thank you for the excellent service and the beautiful carpet! The only area for improvement would be providing better advice on vinyl selection to ensure a firmer base. Also, one star deducted for the lost bed wheel.

Richard and his lads are great fitters. Arrived on the day they said they would. Worked tirelessly to get the job done (7 rooms in total) and left the house nice and tidy. They even helped me shift some furniture about which they weren't expected to do. Second time using Solihull carpets and would highly recommend to anyone who needs carpets.

Very, very professional. Service was faultless. All the staff I dealt with were very proficient and pleasant. Thank you.
