SOFAS and FRIENDS Arvostelua 

The sofa is of very good quality, I like everything.
But the delivery leaves much to be desired.
We weren't promised delivery between 4:00 and 7:00. After that, we were supposed to go to the hospital to see our child. They only called at 7:30 to say they'd be there soon. We tracked the delivery people on a map; they were in the center of our city. They just went there to have dinner and decided to miss our delivery. I had to go to the hospital alone without my husband, since he was present and would stay to receive the delivery.
Then these workers couldn't get the sofa into the house, especially one man who absolutely refused to lift the sofa and help my husband. He had to call a friend, and they managed to get it into the living room themselves.

I ordered sofa, I love idea, how it works, quick delivery and quality. However when I order in description was saying sofa is black when it arrived I seen real colour which is a more charcoal grey and I just hate grey colour, was very upset about it so thats why 3stars. Was thinking about changing to white instead but return charge is quite expensive so just have to stick with my sofa how it is.

Absolutely stunning sofa’s and brilliant customer service from start to finish. The guys that delivered the sofa were kind, hard working and very friendly! They took care and attention when bringing my sofas into the house and tested everything before they left.

We came across Sofa&Friends from online Instagram posts. Due to being located in the North West of England we were unable to visit their establishment. Such a beautiful selection of sofas to choose from, we decided to purchase from their Tignes range, a stunning sofa that is extendable in an olive green colour.
From ordering to delivery took 3 days! Absolutely amazing service. The two man delivery service was outstanding. They were meticulous in unpacking and assembling our sofa.
An online discount code meant delivery was free of charge, totally blown away from start to finish with this company.

Easy ordering . Very reasonable price compare to the big sofa shops . Was abit concerned first about the quality of the sofa as we ordered without viewing .100% glad we did order ! Quality is really good I’d say on par if not better than the big brands that are more expensive . Ordered on a Sunday evening delivered the Friday after . Delivery people were great also with a challenging entrance ! Already had people on Facebook and instagram asking where the sofa was from and recommended to all of them ! The sofa is a game changer !

Can't fault delivery, was here literally within 10 days. Right hand side of the sofa (electrics) are not working. I rang, was advised to cut the material under the sofa to see if electric wires have fallen out. We can not reach them and I'm not damaging the sofa anymore. Rang and emailed back. Haven't heard a thing 😕

Sofa & Friends have been brilliant. Very helpful and accommodating. We had our Tignes sofa custom made as we wanted a different colour, we also wanted the cushions slightly different too. None of this was a problem & well worth the little extra. The sofa was ready within the time advised, but due to delayed building work we had to hold off delivery, but this was also not a problem. When the sofa arrived the 2 guys were very considerate and helpful. As for the sofa 😍😍😍 wow we are in love, its beautiful and so cosy. I would highly recommend getting one 👍🏽👌🏽
