Had a good experience with them had a delay with my sofa but they gave me 10% back and when I emailed them for an update they got right back to me and I love my new sofa

Please never buy. Cowboy company. Not helpful and you will never get your refund or any of your rights. Had to pass all the hell and still they will not refund.

Bought the Dover Corner Sofa and came in less than 2weeks! Overall was worried with the reviews but the staff were great! Deliver crew came in and installed everything quickly and was careful when moving the sofa in as it was in three pieces. Happy with the quality nice and firm foam, storage and converts into a bed perfect for guest!

Worst experience ever. They said it will be delivered 2 with 4 weeks. I received it after 3+ months. Each week I was asking them where is my sofa and each week they were replying next week it will be delivered. I can say that I have send them more messages than in my relationship during the 3 months. The sofa is just a joke and also the bed side is broken. It's an awful company with awful sofas. I would suggest everyone to not buy again through the internet and go check at stores by yourself. Maybe you will pay more but at least you can seat down comfortably. Your floor is much more comfy than these sofas.

Just received my sofa. Waited four weeks as it's pre order. Paul has responded to enquiries of delivery date and eta.The wait is over I am please with my choice very sturdy great quality sofa at very good price. Nothing like others seen in stores. Delivery guys were so polite and courteous they did what they needed to do, were respectful of my property and left. 👍

Do not buy from this company!! Delivery came quickly 4 weeks I think. I paid 900 for the sofa, it was on offer from 1,300. Well when it came and it was taken out of its wrapping. It was the most cheapest piece of furniture I have seen. The WHOLE SOFA was stuffed with shredded pieces of foam so as you can imagine sitting on it was very lumpy. It would only take few weeks of sitting on it and it will be completely flat. All misshapen and thread hanging. I just emailed for them to take it away and ask for refund but reading the reviews I don't know how well that's going to go for me. My old sofa which was old as anything is better quality than this rubbish. Save your money!! Wish I did and so close to Christmas. I feel robbed.

I ordered a sofa since 30 September which was supposed to take 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered as it was not in stock. I got in touch with Sofa Bargains last week and they confirmed that the Sofa will be delivered this week and they will give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I waited and nothing. I emailed them twice since and they have not responded to date and they DO NOT have a phone number either. I have contacted through the chat and apparently they have no updates on my order! I have requested for the order to be cancelled and now I have to wait for the cancellation to be confirmed before I can get my money back and apparently if I do not hear from the cancellation team I have to raise another query on their chat line!!!
Please avoid ordering from this company if you do not want a headache!

The sofa took quite a while to arrive. The sofa is shipped from Poland - which is why it takes some time to arrive. The item is as advertised. Very comfortable and firm. Installed by the delivery team within 30mins. I am very pleased with the item. One part of the sofa was damaged - it will be replaced and installed by the delivery team at no extra charge.

if i could out 0 i would ordered a settee, came 2 1/2 weeks late, came nothing like the image. was told i would get a refund of 10% off as i was getting ignored so much. still never received it! terrible customer service full thing is a scam! av learnt my lesson never to order from here ever again avoid save yourself the money and stress!!

If I could give this company a minus 0 star I most certainly would! Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!! Communication is dreadful, no direct contact number so you cannot speak to a human, just pop up robot chats that
cannot deal with any enquiry, they jiist log a ticket which then goes to someone called Paul who doesn't have a clue...he just sends repeatative emails. Was promised 7 -10 days delivery never received in over 5 weeks! If you want to keep your sanity (and your money) I suggest you steer well clear of these scammers!

Ordered on line and told sofa was in stock and would get it delivered within 7 days. Have emailed several times for an update and get no replies no matter how many times I try.

Sofa bargain.Co.uk Disgusting customer service stay away from them. You will lose your money and will have to go with a court claim to get your money back. A Corner sofa we have ordered was rubbish quality and lasted for ONE WEEK!!!!!! Can not get my money back and will have to go to court with them. Qualify of their sofas is really low cheap looking. The company is run by Polish people and the sofas are from Poland and unfortunately customer care is typical of Poland as well. Don’t get me wrong I’m polish too but if I could know that this is polish company run by poles I would never buy this rubbish stuff. STAY AWAY
If you check them on the gov web you will see that are so many companies with a similar name and one of them registered on the guy's name who’s sending me emails was closed jus few days ago. Bad reputation will stay with them no matter what no matter how many times they will rename this rubbish as their customer care doesn’t change at all. STAY AWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

worst company ever! i don't even know how they got so many good reviews. may be they paid those people. first of all, they never answer the phone number displayed on their site. when i placed the order, the final page said someone will contact you regarding this. then i waited for like 5 days. no one called. so then when i called, someone finally answered.very unprofessional. said they don't have that particular model and suggested something cheaper. i was desperate for a new sofa so i said yes. then some women called from a mobile(heard a baby crying in the background). got my card details to take a deposit.she said she will send an invoice when she goes to the office on monday. never ever received that invoice. when i reminded them they said check your junk. then they sent my sofa on the day promised. but the sofa is hard as a rock. not soft at all. even to return the sofa I have no invoice as proof of purchase. after so many calls and texts I still haven't received an invoice.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! ITS A SCAM!!!!!
