Really good except when I want to redeem it is sometimes not easy to pull up what stores participate and it makes the experience more difficult tha it should be. And other times they withdraw the offer just as I was about to reddem it.

it is really cool to be able to try new products however, the options available to me are not very many and several do not fit my needs at all. i would like more offers and variety.

Great response and cooperation, but the root cause of repeated upload problems of jpegs on mobile browsers has not been addressed. Social's IT folks need to look into what changed recently on the back end that requires site information to repeatedly get deleted on browser settings in order to upload jpegs. I am more than willing to help pinpoint and test updates if needed

I have received my rebates mostly quickly and when I haven't, customer service was helpful.

You used to have so many free products to try. Now most everything is a few dollars off or BOGO. It's just not the same considering many of the products may not be what we normally buy or like.

After many emails back-and-forth, someone named Kat figured out what happened and manually issued the rebate. Social nature is a good program with a few glitches that need to be ironed out thank you Kat for fixing what the AI couldn’t. Originally, I kept getting the same automated email that said to check my junk spam folder, but what really happened is the computer had a glitch.

Love the chance to try new products and be reimbursed for the cost of them. I have found some products that I love that I never would have tried without the use of Social Nature.
