I appreciate the ease of selecting offers (though I wish the scroll on the "see more" were easier; it's a little clunky) and receiving refunds. I wish there were an option to take a photo of receipts in the website vs having to take a picture separately to upload. I would like more free/full refund offers and I would really, really like the ability to say "not interested" in an offer so it stops being presented if it's something I am definintely not going to try.

Social Nature has always been great. Easy to work with when I have a concern, prompt and clear responses and resolutions. Enjoy the site and look forward to its continued growth.

Social Nature makes trying new products at a discount or for free seamless! The website is easy to use, the products are great, and reimbursement is quick and efficient. I'm so glad I was told about Social Nature!

I really enjoy the variety of products that are offered and the ease of getting to stores I tend to shop at anyways. I've had very little issues getting my cash back. When there has been a problem, the customer service has been good about resolving the issues quickly.

They didn’t give me my money back and solve my problem! I provided what was necessary and there were several gaps in communication on their side. Never buying any of the brands they recommended or using their site again if they don’t refund me.

Social Nature gives folks the opportunity to test items in various stores for no cost or a reduced cost and then asks for reviews to gain a perspective of every day people and to rate the products It is more honest than having companies themselves find people to review the products and to sway their opinions It is a great customer service

Would love to see more Free offers. Otherwise great offers on new products.

Social Nature is an excellent rebate program. I love trying new drinks. products and foods, and Social Nature gives me my money back every time. They are reliable and trustworthy. I know if I buy an item listed on their website, at the correct store, that Social Nature will issue a rebate every time.

Social Nature is a great platform that allows me to try new items that have better ingredients and better nutrients. I don’t think I would have tried the new things without social nature as I wasn’t sure what was the healthier option.

You can separate each store offers but only 1 issue- different cities have different offers at same store- feel a little cheated😞
