Very disappointing experience from start to finish. The print quality was poor and nowhere near the standard I expected, and the customer service was equally frustrating.

What made matters worse was how difficult they made it for me to collect the printing plate that I had paid for. Getting something that belonged to me should not have been such a stressful and drawn-out process.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Poor print quality, poor customer service, and unnecessary hassle. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for bespoke boxes and printing.

Appealing service. Asked for a quote and sent design of a simple pizza-style e-commerce box. They took two months to finally send a lousy sketch of something which was nothing even close to the photos I had sent them. I'm shocked how they sell themselves as a pan-European brand, with such total incompetence in their UK service.
