Smiths are very reliable. They arrived when they said they would, completed the job in one day and did a great job.
The guys carrying out the job were friendly and explained everything and they kept everything nice and clean.
Their quote was very competitive and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Smiths Heating Services Ltd engineers have provided an excellent service on the 3 times I have used them. Always friendly and willing to answer any queries you might have. The only reason I only gave 4 stars was if the secretary is off, they can be hard to contact and there was some confusion over the time the last appointment was booked for.

Engineer arrived on time. He was courteous and friendly. Invoice arrived promptly by email. It is good to have the option to pay by bank transfer.

The person that did the work was very professional and knowledgeable, he knew exactly what was wrong with our system and fitted the correct parts, he took time to explain what he had done. Added inhibitor as recommended, refilled the system and made sure it was all working including Heating and Hot Water.
