We are a small family business that strives to give a friendly professional service, we have many years experience installing and maintaining central heating and hot water systems and as Worcester Bosch and Vaillant Accredited Installers, we are able to offer up to 12 years guarantee on boilers and seven years on heat pumps. We are MCS registered for Heat pump installations, Gas Safe registered for natural gas and LPG and are Oftec registered for oil boilers. We are Heat Geek verified as well as being registered with APHC and CIPHE.

Fantastic serive

Contacted lovely Zoe in the office as shower pump not working, this was a Friday, pump ordered and fitted by the following Wednesday!!! Fantastic service as always, highly recommend, we have used Smiths for everything from boilers / leaks / any problems at all for over 11 years now, wouldn't go anywhere else!

Professional and very helpful

Smith Heating Services always gives me a very good and professional service. The engineer Mark who came to service my boiler is always helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He more than often gone out of his way to help me with other things and gave me good advice. I thoroughly appreciate their services and highly recommend their services.

Couldn’t ask for a better boiler service

Really friendly guy turned up. He was helpful answering a couple of queries I had plus solved a small plumbing problem. He serviced the boiler, investigated potential causes for my system pressure dripping slightly. Couldn’t want a better boiler service. Reasonable price.

First time using this company for…

First time using this company for servicing boilers. Initial contact with them was very friendly, and efficient. Service booked in within a few days. Engineer arrived on time, - very courteous , explained what he would be doing, and what work the boiler may need in the near future. We hit a problem with the inlet working pressure, which required them to shut of the system and they called out Cadent. All handled without any issues and boiler was back up and working in a short time.
