A responsive and friendly service that meets my expectations.

Very helpful service - and a vital channel for us to communicate with colleagues during COVID. When we had an issue, it was promptly and effectively resolved by the helpful and friendly team!

When I was setting up my new business from home I needed advice on how to present myself to my customers. Amanda helped me and gave great advice on how to make the most of my limited resources at the time. I never lost a client as the great wrap around service meant where ever I was I could pick up a call or be notified of a missed call. Excellent service

Charlie has been really helpful in setting up my phone lines always cheery and happy to help at anytime.

Fantastic service!! Tim was an absolute legend on the phone! Made everything very clear and easy to sign up!

Thoroughly impressed by Amanda. Her vast knowledge, clear explanation and pragmatic advice is second to none. It's abundantly clear she's an expert in her field and her help has been invaluable. She's a fantastic communicator (with an ever greater sense of humour) and I'm confident I'm not the only one to have benefited from her upbeat, can do attitude. Thank you!

We have been with smart numbers for 7 years for lines, calls and broadband and they have been nothing short of excellent in all that time.

As a small firm of 7 employees they are perfect.

Their product is excellent and sales and service second to none.

I could not recommend them highly enough.

Smart Numbers Ltd are a fantastic company with excellent products and services. The Support team are very professional and well trained whilst dealing with the Management and Executive team is very easy and they believe in strong B2B partnerships. Keep up the great work!

I always have the pleasure of speaking with Vicki, great member of staff, knows exactly what she is doing and to be able to resolve any queries. Great working with her.

I've had the pleasure of speaking to Amanda and seeking here help a number of times recently, in view to becoming a new client. Amanda is always extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very reassuring. I have been weighing up various telecommunication options for our company to join; but after a number of lovely and informative conversations with Amanda; I've decided that we'll be subscribing to Smart Numbers and this only thanks to Amanda; who in my humble opinion, is a great and most valuable Smart Numbers asset; which hopefully is properly appreciated.
