I initially thought this was one of the better casinos, they have a good assortment of games. You can have wins, but there’s definitely a lot more losses. Once you win, you have play thousands more through to get a win again. Im talking a loss of almost ten thousand or more . I’m just chasing losses at this time, can’t seem to win anymore . RTP became very low in some games. I have asked repetitively for the last several weeks to have my account closed. They told me only my VIP manager can do that. She was on vacation the first three times that I messaged yet she continues to send me spam mail, but does not respond to any of the emails that I sent her regarding the closing of my account. None. Just like several other people have posted, it seems to me they need to be reported to AGCO regarding these policies . The VIP status withdrawals are supposed to be processed quickly. However, the further VIP up I get the longer that they are taking. I did get it on the 3rd day. It gets frustrating when a casino isn’t consistent. Edit: I have now put in over 15 to 20 requests for an account closure, no one responds ever. My VIP manager gives me 30 free spins worth $.30 lol . Just like the other people they did not honour my request. It’s been over a month. I’ve been asking for account closure. They’ve still allowed me to put in thousands of dollars. They pray on people with gambling addictions. For this reason, I’m changing my two star to one star.
