They keep charging my cc $5/month

They keep charging my cc $5/month. I have no way of unsubscribing, primarily because the email address I used to login and use it is no longer active (it was a past company of mine).

I've emailed numerous times to ask for help but they keep charging me $5. Please reach out to me so I can unsubscribe and get my money back

Hi Mark,

Thanks for raising this. Your subscription was cancelled on 29 June there have been no charges since, and there won't be any going forward.

We've searched our support system and can't find any of your earlier emails, so they didn't reach us. I'm sorry you had to chase it this far. support@slidekit.com is the address that gets to us directly.

Download does not work.

Gave the company information for a free trial. No download button available on selected powerpoint template. Did receive an email from them using my contact information.
Concerned that this is not scam.

Apologies on two counts first that the download didn't work, and second that this review went unanswered for so long. We missed it, and that's on us.

For anyone reading: we're a registered company selling PowerPoint templates, and the email Marina received was our standard account confirmation. We don't pass contact details to anyone.

Marina, if you're still interested, email support@slidekit.com and we'll get the template to you and look at what went wrong with the download on your account.

Great service

Taken 2 monthly payments. Only allowed me to download one slide. The website contact and support page does not work. Raised a dispute with my credit card company.

Update - I was wrong. Account set up in a different email address. Prompt response received and refund. Great work and thank you.
