Needed to replace my mask as it had a rip. Sleep Eh had the best price and I received it in two days. Cheaper and faster delivery than Amazon.

My experience was a pleasant surprise with an exceptional price of the mask so I bought two. I bought Resmed Activia LT Nasal Mask large. I have been buying from Medigas for over 20 years for much higher price. This time I confirmed Medigas price for the mask I usually buy which they confirmed CAD$270.00 meanwhile Sleepeh.ca was $84.00. That's almost $185.00 savings for the mask therefore I ended up buying 2 of the masks for a savings of almost $400.00 in comparison to Medigas pricing.

Then I was a bit skeptical that this pricing could be too good to be true. However it got delivered to my address next day by FedEx. No shipping charges. If buying from Sleepeh.ca make sure you know your exact size for mask and accessories.

I would recommend people moving to sleepeh.ca to save money.

I received my machine, but there was no mask. I bought a bundle and they didn't have the mask. I keep speaking to an AI assistant, I feel like this will never get resolved.

I was amazed to receive my order today. One day after I ordered my nephews mask. Your service is amazing thank you. The apnea mask is for my nephew for a gift for Christmas.

I ordered a size Large CPAP mask and they sent me a size Small. Without realizing they made a mistake, I opened the package. Now they have refused to correct the problem blaming me for their mistake.
Update: They sent me the mask I originally paid for. It only took complaints to trust pilot, google and the better business bureau. Terrible…..

I bought 2 Human Touch Perfect chairs model PC 610 and they are the worst chairs that I’ve ever purchased. I had bought 2 of these 12 years ago and loved them and decided that we needed to replace them. The design difference in those 12 years is significant. The major issue is the angle of the back that cannot be adjusted to 90-100 degrees making it difficult for people who are my height extremely uncomfortable because when the chair is in the most upright position (125-degree angle) my feet are unable to reach the floor. I’m 5’3”. I purchased these online as they are only available in Toronto. The other issue is the seat. The company that makes them prides itself in providing memory foam plus. The seat is hard and does not conform to one’s body as advertised. Do not this purchase this chair unless you can try it prior to purchasing. They cannot be exchanged or returned and the price is prohibitive - $11,798.00 including white glove delivery.

I would describe my Black Friday purchase from SleepEh.ca as exceptional—far exceeding my expectations. First, the price was the best in the entire market. Second, there was a spin wheel to get something extra. Normally, when I see such promotions, I worry there might be a catch. I had also read some bad reviews, which made me a little suspicious. However, the experience turned out to be absolutely amazing, and I got an extra $50 discount from the spin wheel, which was great.
The most impressive part was that even with free shipping, I received the order after only one day. That was more than I expected. They will be my only CPAP destination for future purchases. And yes, highly recommended!

Speaking for myself: I have had my CPAP machine now for 20 years and cannot sleep without it. I am disgusted by all the low lifes getting between me and my supplies. it was refreshing to see Sleepeh with good pricing and excellent selection. My customer service experience was a perfect 10, it was intelligent and efficient. I can confidently recommend Sleepeh to others best price excellent service on the Net.

I don't know where to begin: before I purchased the item, I contacted customer service on the phone to ensure I would receive what was advertised and in the time frame guaranteed. Based on that conversation and much research, I placed an order for an item that we needed to keep a family member alive.
The item arrived a day later than promised but without all of the advertised extras that would make it functional and when we took it out of the box, it was filthy. It's an oxygen concentrator so having a layer of dust is not acceptable.
This is where the complaint begins, the customer service rep on the phone was not the issue.
The manager had no ability to hear what was important to me, I told her I needed the unit 2 weeks ago and she insisted there would be a replacement unit sent in 2 days - she later lied about this conversation calling it a misunderstanding, there was no misunderstanding, I encourage the management at SleepEh to listen to that phone call. She promised a replacement with all accessories within 2 days.
That didn't happen and we were left in this crazy, time consuming process. I asked her multiple times to send the accessories that were promised in their advertising and she ignored my requests.
I reminded the manager multiple times that she had our money and we had nothing. She was not capable of hearing me and was truly only concerned with covering her butt despite my very clear communication that someone in my family needed it to breathe. We waited weeks when we were promised a couple of days.
It's awful to deal with an online company that is in business only to serve themselves and doesn't at all care about the people giving them money. You lied and disregarded what I had to say even though you had our money and we had a machine that didn't have hoses; we couldn't use it unless we spent more money to buy accessories elsewhere or rent another unit while we waited for you to play your games.
Don't waste your money or your time, go with a different company.

I ordered a new mask. I was concerned at first because of so many reviews saying it was a scam but not the case. My order was received within a week and the mask is same one I would have paid twice the amount at the sleep clinic. Overall very pleased

Ordering was pretty easy, took a couple weeks to get my mask. However it was more affordable than going to the sleep clinic.

ordered item Dec.7,2023 now Jan.2,2023 and still hasn't been shipped. They constantly tell you 1-2 days it will be shipped that never happens though.

Ordered this mask Dec 19th and rec,d it Dec 22.
I live in Quebec. Awesome service plus I saved money what more can I ask for

Says fast and free shipping; well that is a lie. Two weeks in and items haven’t shipped. Avoid unless you want to wait weeks.

Good price. They have had some shipping delays, as some other reviewers have noted. When I contacted customer service and explained that I needed to have it in time for an out of country trip, they were very responsive and went out of their way to expedite delivery. I received it today, well in advance of my trip. Really great customer service. I look forward to buying my supples from them

Ordered CPAP masks on August 19th and haven't received them yet. I wrote to them twice and both times they responded they'd be shipping the items in two business days but they never did. I will not do business with this company again.

ordered a CPAP 8 days ago, paid for expedited shipping, and Nothing has happened except a charge to my card. No customer support. Trying to get my money back. Fraudulent site, stay away.

I was really skeptic about buying from Sleepeh.ca from reading the reviews on here. Also the price tag on the part I was shopping for was too good to be true. Really, you can't beat their price. I went ahead and bought what I needed. Wow!!! Shipping was so fast I couldn't believe it when Fedex handed me a box with sleepeh on it. It came within 3 days. Happy I took a chance and saved some $.

I found the lowest price in Canada for a stationary oxygen concentrator with free shipping to boot. I thought I should check the reviews first and was disappointed to see all the negative reviews. I sent them an email seeing if they would commit to delivering sooner if I expressed my dire need for this item and asking about the reasons for the bad reviews. Customer Service responded quickly with an explanation. It seems they hit a bad spot with employees and dropped behind in shipping times. They said everything is running smooth now and since my item was in stock, it should ship within a couple days. Decision time, do I take their word and hope for the best or will I be writing the next negative review. Well, The price was too good to walk away, I ordered Tuesday morning. Imagine my utter shock to to see my item sitting on my doorstep Thursday afternoon! They have a loyal customer now and I will be buying any accessories I need from them.
