Christine dealt with my query concerning my flights to San Francisco and provided me with some great options. However, it wasn’t made clear that the option with two separate tickets meant I could only take one suitcase on the first leg of the journey and not my full entitlement as a business class passenger. Thankfully I asked the question and booked alternative flights. With this exception I would highly recommend Skyclub
