The worst TV and broadband provider I have ever been with. No customer Service
If there was a score of 0 I would give them that.
They are the worst service provider I have been with
Their customer service in non existent I have write a letter recorded delivery also sent several e mail of complaint and escalation.
I am waiting for the 6-8 weeks then I can report to the appropriate ombudsman.
I will be leaving Nig before getting all my family to leave this dreadful and incompetent company.
I have everything recorded so Sky look out.

Excellent service
I went to Swansea Town centre and saw the sky pop up. I was keen to discuss possibility of having Sky. The two gentlemen were informative and didn't push. I had all the information needed and switched to sky there and then. All questions were answered. I commend Keiran who expertly helped and I came away very happy with the process.
