Hi Kinnari, Thank you for letting us know about this. I can see why it would be frustrating to arrive at the Sky Store and find that someone had already left before 5:30pm. If the store did close early, there will have been a reason for it, but I’m sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Mike Swindon town centre

I went to see Mike at his stall in Swindon town centre today as I wanted to switch from virgin due to the cost and poor service
I wanted to speak to someone in person and outline exactly what I wanted rather than navigate things online
Mike was superb he listened to what I wanted built my package explained how Install etc would work and even gave me some great set up tips, he also saved me over £60 a month for a better package than I currently receive

Outstanding Service from Mike and Tony at the Sky Stand

I visited the Sky stand today to set up a Sky account, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, Mike and Tony were both incredibly welcoming, approachable, and professional. Setting up a new account can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, especially when there are lots of options and details to go through, but they made the whole process feel easy, straightforward, and completely stress-free.

What really stood out was how patient and knowledgeable they both were. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood the options available to me without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I got the right setup for my needs, rather than just trying to get me through the process as quickly as possible.

Mike and Tony worked brilliantly as a team and delivered exactly the kind of customer service you hope for but do not always get. They were friendly, efficient, and genuinely lovely to deal with throughout. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference, and they turned what could have been a routine admin task into a really pleasant experience.

It is rare these days to come across service that feels this personal, attentive, and professional, so I felt it was important to leave a review. Mike and Tony are a real credit to Sky, and I am very grateful for all their help today. Thank you both for your amazing service. It was genuinely outstanding.
