John in the Metro centre store was very helpful and knowledgeable with the purchase of a new phone for my daughter.

John was excellent and helped guide us through the process of getting a new phone and switching over our broadband brilliantly. Would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about either switching broadband provider or purchasing a new phone, much appreciated!

Nigel was an amazing help with an issue I was having with my, My Sky App and being unable to sign a credit agreement. He was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. I have spent hours on calls with more than 8 advisors who were unable to help or simply got cut off. I was ready to cancel the order and leave Sky completely, which as a diamond member I did not want to do. Nigel saved the day! Thanks again ☺️

Visited today looking to get sky in my new house, was immediately greeted by Kris in a polite, professional and more importantly a friendly manner.

Asked a few questions found out what I was looking for. Explained a couple of times what was included and how it would work with other streaming services & billing etc.

Didn’t just do his job, also had conversations & never made you feel like you were just a “sale”
