Amazing experience

Amazing experience! Truly value the ability to talk to someone face to face! Please do not get rid of that service.
Sky representative very helpful, down to earth and willing to help us get the most from our sky experience and cancelling virgin. Value the face to face customer service and being able to see all the services we are getting written down in front of us.

Satisfied with the service

Having been with Virgin 26 years

Having been with Virgin 26 years. decided after some staff attitude. leaving them not like i spend a few £ a month either
visited Merry hill. and after having a nice conversation with the young lady at SKY Kiosk
i have decided to leave Virgin.
SKY you have a great sales Lady 100%.

Helpful staff members

Rohan helped me with some queries I had in regards to my sky package and was very helpful. He helped me fix my issues. The other staff on the stand were also helpful and friendly.
