Sky - Meadowhall Shopping Centre, Sheffield Arvostelua 

Sky broadband have an offer of up to £200 credit towards leaving your previous provider early, But don’t expect them to pay it.
I have been to our local sky shop on 3 occasions to try and get the credit but they don’t want to know once you have signed up.
I have phoned sky customer services 4 times only to be left waiting long periods on the phone and the told each time to email our final bill and proof of payment from our previous provider, which I have done 3 times and now realised that I am just getting the runaround and sky are not going to ever credit me and their offer is just a scam.
Having received a reply from sky via trust pilot they want to discuss my problem via facebook or instagram both of which I have no idea how to use. It seems that sky think everyone is social media savvy, but unfortunately being elderly it has passed me by. So it looks like sky has fobbed me off again.

Lance in the shop was absolutely outstanding helping us to switch from virgin, made it so much easier and did everything for us. Excited to with sky. Shop is fantastic, treated very well and so well informed, fantastic thank you

I went in to get an iPhone 17pro max and I got it within seconds! Michel from Meadowhall was really helpful and kind, from the service and helping us set up the phone, amazing service! (Give him a raise)

Being far away from home for 90s fest and just popping in to see what offers sky had on. Mick was brilliant, taking time to explain all the option around a broadband a tv package. Mick was very friendly and relaxed, giving me confidence in the product. What was a quick check to see price turned into buying a package that suited the needs

Brilliant! We had Jacob today. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were changing broadbands due to the last company’s customer service and help being extremely disappointing however todays process was made super easy whilst also making sure everything was thoroughly talked about in detail for the package we were looking at and Jacob made sure all our questions were answered before we left. We feel confident we have the package that best suits us and for the best deal. We’re extremely happy with our service today and can see ourselves being long standing customers thanks to our positive experience today.
