Chris was fantastic. I had an issue with my My Sky account after getting a new device, and I'm terrible at working through Customer Service lines. Chris did all the diagnosis and then all the leg work for me to fox my problem within 45 minutes!

I ordered my mobile upgrade at the Cheltenham store, and was advised to return by Chris when it was received, and he would set it up. I returned on the 1st September, and Chris could not have been more helpful. He was excellent, answered all my questions, gave me practical advice, and set my mobile up without a hitch. If anybody in the Cheltenham area is thinking of switching to Sky mobile I can highly recommend that the visit Chris at the Sky stand. To sum up I received excellent, helpful, friendly service from Chris. I give him top marks plus a couple extra if I could.

I've been with Sky for sometime now (TV, Broadband, mobile phone) and everyone, particularly Chris today, are always knowledgeable, helpful and kind (as a non-IT person!) and manage to sort out any problems I may have.

Louise was exemplary again. Explained everything in full detail, making sure I understood everything correctly. Will definitely be back when I need to upgrade again.

Joined Sky last week for TV and broadband - used a retail consultant in Cheltenham and Grace was great. Problem is the post code they use for my account gives an incorrect address and it cannot be over written. I spent an hour on the phone with Grace and customer services last week and we were passed from pillar to post just to amend the address. I was told it couldn't be done that day but a call would be made the following day, which never came - no surprise there. Royal Mail were delivering the Sky puck and even though I had told Sky the address was incorrect, that's where it was delivered! This address is a mile from where I live, so not just round the corner. I have had to go and knock the door to ask for my parcel this morning. Following this I returned to Cheltenham to see Grace and she again called customer support to explain the problem, and they hung up on her! As I am expecting the broadband equipment from Open Reach, who also use the address on the Sky account, I spent another 90 minutes on MySky chat and was passed from one person to another again, with still no outcome, and the wrong address still showing on my account. This means I will probably be making another trip to collect this incorrectly delivered equipment in the next week or so, despite spending hours trying to get a simple amendment made to the address. Despite leaving my phone number and telling them that I had taken a screenprint of the chat for my own safeguard, I will not be held responsible for any more equipment being delivered to the wrong address - which I know Sky will blame me for! I am beginning to regret joining them, even though the service hasn't started yet. My experience of their call centre customer service is appalling, and I would not recommend them as a company for that reason. Grace and the retail team have been brilliant and this negative feedback is not in any way aimed at them. I know this isn't an issue that will affect everyone, but they could do with working on their customer service, and methods of communication! I am just frustrated, angry and regretting my order! I could cancel but that would leave me without broadband which I need.

I was really struggling to sort my contract out over the phone as the call centre just kept trying to sell me products and weren’t listening, it was also quite hard to understand them unfortunately. However the sky team at Cheltenham, specifically Sue, were Fantastic, they explained everything and couldn’t have made it any easier-really appreciate it, thank you.
