Absolute shambles of a company. Im £100s of pounds out if pocket. I emailed to change an appointment just to get an reply saying they ceased trading and no future treatments will happen.
No response about outstanding funds.
This was after 5 months of chasing them to book my appointment.
Pre paid treatments gone to waste .

Terrible company. Cancelled my treatments due to medical reasons . I have been promised my refund on multiple occasions . There on it they say , 2 months later nearly and still no refund . Keep well away from this company if you decide to spend lots of money cause even if your dying they won't play ball , they will give you false hope by lying on phone saying we're going to refund you. Unfortunately for these I have recorded these calls and I've also payed a claim fee to a court to get my money back , I had to pay £35.00 and they have to respond by a certain date because they don't care about responding to me . 2 months later and still no replies by email , yes Darren there gonna refund you but it takes time they say after 8 weeks when 14 days is the limit time , I think 2 months on I have been fairly reasonable , I have never in my life experienced such disgusting behaviour , they think it's a game and you can't do nothing about it but you can everyone , don't let them take your money , try your best , give a good amount of time but don't let them take your money , you have legal rights and always record your calls etc .
Terrible service
Terrible service, unprofessional and when asked to have a refund for their lack of availability and generally bad customer services I have been thrown between call lines and emails. The laser was pretty ineffective anyway, but more so when they cancelled appointments and then would not respond for months as I tried to rebook. The whole point is to work to a timeline so my money was essentially wasted.

Skinspace Reading have ceased trading and I suspect that the other branches will follow shortly if their customer care is anything to go by. I have 4 out of 6 laser treatments outstanding and despite phone call and emails no sign of a refund. They are not complying with their own refund policy on their website and nobody has responded to me. KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE DO NOT USE THEM

Keep well away from this company , there a scam company .Be warned that if you have any issues medically or need to cancel before treatment they will not give you your money back , they will make excuses and ignore your emails and blank your calls , the worst company I've ever dealt with ever , they are worse than criminals , please go to a different skin provider , this company are disgraceful

I had such a lovely experience at Skinspace Leeds. Charlotte was so professional from start to finish and made me feel completely comfortable and safe throughout my treatment. She took the time to explain everything properly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. I would definitely recommend Charlotte to anyone considering treatment😁

I have posted on here before about my experience.
I have made a FB "SkinSpace Refund Scam" groups/1791281718505968/
I believe there are enough of us to challenge SkinSpace legally due to a breach in Trading Standards and Consumer Rights Act.
I cannot claim back due to being out of the 180-day window and I know many of us are in the same boat. What they are doing is a total scam.
Update After Branch Closure & Refund Refused
UPDATE
Following my previous review about Skinspace’s complete lack of everything following the Reading branch closure, Skinspace continued to ignore my emails after advising me my matter was with their management team under review.
I was sending an email once a week chasing them for an update, every response I received repeated that a refund is not in line with their T&Cs but that the case is with their management team for review and they will be in touch with me when they have an update.
I do not believe it is true that any management team is looking into my matter given my experience and the experience of others here, and have seen no evidence from Skinspace that my issue has been taken seriously.
I advised them that if I had not received my refund within 2 weeks time, I would make a formal complaint to Trading Standards and begin the chargeback process via my bank. This was a month ago I have still received no further response from them, so I did just that.
I have now successfully received a refund via the chargeback process with my bank. My bank advised Skinspace never did respond to their enquiry to provide any evidence contrary to my claim, and Skinspace’s bank returned my money without challenging it.
I would strongly recommend anyone in the same situation as me do the same, as you will get nowhere with the company themselves.
Again, awful company, please avoid at all costs.
Waste of money
I purchased 2 vouchers via groupon. The staff are incredibly rude, I was ignored for a month via emails and calls. Refused to give me an appointment date. And told me to get my money back via groupon. Would not recommend.

I assume Bristol has closed. No response for months and I paid everything up front. Cost £400
Birmingham branch closed
Birmingham branch appears to have closed. Taken the full amount for treatments but have had no refund to date or further booking. Seems suspicious as they are only responding to whats app messages.
