I am writing regarding my experience as an Upneeq customer for over two years.

Product description states that the prescription includes free shipping. However, I discovered that I have been charged $4.95 for shipping on each of my 12 orders. When brought to their attention, I was only offered a credit for the last three orders.

I have switched to a new supplier that offers lower pricing and FREE SHIPPING

Do not trust this company. They had me on two subscriptions for the same item, and I know I cancelled one of them. I offered to send it back as it the shipping box was still sealed and never been touched. They refused to take it back or arrive at a reasonable resolution. The customer service reps were rude and unhelpful. I was just shocked at the level of disrespect I encountered. BUYER BEWARE. THE COMPANY HAS A TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE.

I order Latisse from SkinSolutionsMD. They provide a dashboard to help manage your subscriptions. There is toggle to show active and expired prescriptions. The toggle doesn't work so you have to click into each listed prescription to see the active ones. They aren't listed in newest to oldest either. Kind of a pain.

I don’t get the negative reviews. I have had the bed experience with this company.

They act like you can order Latisse online, but then they set up this whole questionnaire that makes you actually do a virtual medical appointment once they capture all of your information, by the time you do that you might as well just pick up a bottle from a Dermatology spa office it’s no big deal to get one. It really bothers me how they miss advertise their Google and say you can get it without a prescription. That’s a bunch of horse crap. Save yourself time and quit giving them the information they’re trying to capture on people and just go into a dermatologist office and pick it up at the front counter or anybody can do it anywhere This place pisses me off and is not upfront

Unprofessional. Used this site to order Latisse many times with no problem; however, when I ordered an Obagi product and tried to use to 700 points I had acquired, I found out - after I ordered the product - that points could be used for only Allergan products. Could not cancel the order.

Absolutely shady site. Do not buy from this company. They will continue to charge your card without placing another order. Customer service basically laughs at you. Also, their products are often months away from expiring. They will not take returns. Bad, bad company!!
