I needed kit quickly and they did not let me down. Ordered 2 for (youth) sizing and one was perfect and the return of the other was incredibly smooth and prompt. Pricing was good for top notch kit. I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I originally had a bit of a sizing mix-up with my first pair of skis, but I am writing this review because of the absolutely phenomenal way the team handled it.

After raising my concerns about the ski length being a bit too long for my beginner level, I was personally contacted by Terry. He was incredibly professional, understanding, and completely dedicated to making sure I had the right gear to ski safely and confidently. He invited me to bring the skis back in and immediately arranged for an exchange without any hassle.

The service I received during this exchange was absolutely top-notch. It is rare to find a shop that stands by its customers so strongly and is so willing to make things right. I would rate their client service a 10 out of 10. Massive thank you to Terry and the team at Ski Bartlett - I am thrilled with my correct skis and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that truly cares about its customers!

There was a problem with the website (no option to detail fitting of bindings to skis) this was sorted with a phone call, and there were also follow up emails from ski Bartlet staff. Delivery was super quick with the skis in perfect condition. One problem was that one ski was set up to DIN 9 as requested and the other was on DIN 4. Not a problem for me as I always check. Maybe a worry for a less experienced skiing trusting the shop on setup. Overall very pleased with the service provided.

Terry was so knowledgeable and generous with his time to make sure the kit was correct and that it would fit. He also very kindly followed up to make sure it had been delivered. I can’t thank you enough.

Not my first order with the wonderful team at Ski Bartlett, and they haven't let me down to date. Order is correct (POC goggles to replace the ones I destroyed in Serre-Chevalier in February, together with spare lenses), well-packed, and arriving way ahead of expectations (4 days from order to package receipt, in Malaysia of all places). Clear invoice details meant that the order cleared Malaysian customs without any hassle.

Excellent, efficient service

I ordered a Scott back protector a bit late in the hope it would arrive before I went skiing. They made me aware that it wasn’t going to arrive in time and asked if I wanted to cancel the order I decided to continue with it and it arrived the day after I had left. However I was grateful for the contact and it is an excellent product that I will use again in a few weeks.

Great service

Had a ski boot fitting with Tom and ended up with the most comfortable ski boots I’ve ever worn. In previous years, I could ski maybe one run at a time (sometimes not even that) because of the pain. This year I skied my first full day!

My feet are really wide with really high arches, and my feet were always squashed with no blood getting to my toes. I’d had a boot fitting at Profeet, but the boots no longer fit.

I’d done loads of research before my fitting, but decided to just trust Tom on the day. He was thorough, professional and easy to talk to. He said that there was a strong chance I’d have to come back 10 months down the line when new stock came in if there wasn’t a pair to fit me, because he wasn’t going to sell me something if he didn’t believe in it.

In the end, the boots are warm, comfortable and they were reasonably priced. Before the appointment I could honestly imagine giving up skiing after 36 years because I couldn’t deal with the pain. Now, I’m saving for my own set of skis (and will head back to Ski Bartlett for advice on those).
