Wish I had checked here first which normally I do.

Their customer services are terrible, no communication. Had to send multiple messages and still no response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The package was meant to be delivered by today (Friday) by Evri, which they have used. They have suddenly said they can not deliver the package today and it will be the next working day (which for them is now Monday). This is not acceptable. The package was needing to be here by end of today so I had to wrap the gift for a 50th Birthday gift for tomorrow morning. And the gift can’t be given later than tomorrow (Saturday) as they will be away for two to three weeks on holiday.

I suggest you get another item sent out to me by Royal Mail to be delivered by night.

Why you would use Evri is beyond me as they are useless. I also know that if the driver (which I believe this is the case, reaches their x200 package mark, they have filled their daily quarter. (They get £100 for every x200 packages delivered)).

Ordered item .which came I realised not for me .Still in original packaging. Contacted company within 3 hours after delivery .To be told no return even though customer service says accepts return within 14 days.Other crafting companies are avaliable. Use those instead. They have terrible reviews 😕 which I wish I read before ordering. Maybe my recent email will get a better result from them .

Ordered a big shot plus with starter kit on 19th December 2025, eventually received a parcel on 5th January 2026, they had sent the big shot machine not even the plus machine. Tried to contact them, no way by phone only by a message form, my husband ordered this so did the form in his name still not received a message, so I did it and was told we dont know who you are we gave no record of you, I then messaged back giving my husbands details and not received anything since. Do not buy ftom sizzix customer service none existance.

I placed an order on the 17th November and am still waiting on it arriving 5th December. No contact from them, I eventually emailed Monday 1st and was told technical difficulties had caused problems, but would arrive this week. Well no it hasn’t !

I've spent close to £400 with Sissix and they couldn't even be bothered to send an email to advise that my order placed on the 18th has been delayed. It's not even been shipped.

I booked time off work so I could accept delivery during the expected delivery time given to me!!! I emailed Sissix (I couldn't find a telephone number for them) and received what felt like either a cut and paste generic response or AI with no acknowledgement of the fact I've wasted my leave from work unnecessarily. Where is their respect for their customers time? A simple email from them could have avoided this.

In response to my email I was told 'technical issues' have held up my order with no explanation of what those technical issues are. Is my data safe with Sizzix? Have Sizzix been hacked? What is going on?

I'm concerned. 2 weeks after ordering I still have no idea what day I can expect my order or whether it will turn up when I'm at work and be dumped on the doorstep by the delivery company. Really disappointed. It's a shame as their products are well reviewed, I just have no confidence in receiving them.

Edit: 8th December, my order STILL hasn't been shipped, I still have no idea when or if it will arrive, still no explanation for the 'technical issues' or reassurance that my data and banking details are safe. What are these technical issues Sizzix? Why are you not pro actively emailing your customers with updates? Sizzix you're displaying complete contempt for your customers who spend their hard earned money with you.

I will delete this review should the situation improve, at this stage I have no trust in this company.

When ever a give a review of a product or company I'm very honest and truthful ,
this is my first time dealing with Sizzix Company and having one of there products which is a big shot die cutting machine, having emailed them with the problem of my machine not cutting correctly which was purchased April this year as a gift , it took a day or two for them to reply which was no problem the email was polite and they were ready to help which they did after seeing the proof of purchase and picture I attached to my
email of the machine failure to cut within two days I received a new big shot machine , I have to say I found the company and its staff were very
professionally and polite with me , a big thankyou to Cerys who I corresponded with throughout all this

Every time i shop with this company i get issues. They blame technical issues, staff shortages etc etc. Items left from order with no explanation of a refund or a follow-on item. Good products just the UK side of things needs a kick up the.....

Been waiting now 2 months for an answer. Half of the order of £155 missing. They have sent 10 emails asking the same question. What I ordered and what is missing. Even who am I even though logged into there website and on their tickiter system.
Stay away from this company.
Next stage will be small claims court.
They have no customer service what so ever.
Never known a company that doesn't know what they are doing.
Even reported to their USA headquarters but no reply.
Please stay away.
No telephone number to call. Wonder why?

This company is scamming me too. 30 days ago i placed an order, it doesn’t not show in my account, no tracking and I have sent 5 messages. One response, I was told they had a big sale and overwhelmed. But for your inconvenience , we are including a nice free gift. BS. As I can see I am not the only one. I asked 4 days ago to cancel this, NO RESPONSE.Time for lawsuits and shut this scamming company down.

Order from Sizzix, has been nearly 14 days and nothing, not even a reply to me online query. There is no phone number so you cant speak to a person. Very disappointed, will not order again.

Terrible service! its such a shame as their products are ok, the shipping time takes way to long, 4 orders still awaiting shipment, i wont be ordering from them again for sure!

I’ve never had a problem with any of the tools, dies or anything else I’ve purchased from this company. I do think they are overpriced, but I have bought a lot of their stuff and have yet to be disappointed. Delivery takes a while and their customer service isn’t the fastest, but their products, in my experience, are some of the best out there for crafters. I use them every day!

I bought the Sizzix Switch, for a considerable amount of money, and after 14 months it just stopped working. I investigated a bit and discovered that I am just one of so many customers in this position. There is another person who has left a review on Trust Pilot, who also has experienced this, and it seems Sizzix have completely washed their hands of this fault. They said I should have extended the warranty. I didn't even know there was an extendable warranty - but the sales pitch was all about how reliable their machines are. Doesn't seem like they are owning up to a major flaw in their design. Absolutely appalling customer service. The cost of this machine is eye watering - and is very short lived.

Poor service.takes ages to answer.and trying to get a readable copy of a manual is impossible.no after care

Could easily said that they would refund as item is going back .

Don't buy from them use other companies

And the couriers no better using only evri total rubbish never in the time slot always late .there is no option to use different courier.

And no matter what you spend there's delivery charge in top

Ridiculous you would think if you are spending over a certain amount you would get free shipping.

Was gifted a pair of Sizzix scissors. Unfortunately, the giver didn't provide the receipt and I didn't attempt to use them for a couple of months. When I did, the hinge was so tight that I would have suffered repetitive strain injury if I'd used them for more than a couple of minutes. Not fit for purpose.

Contacted Sizzix (chore in itself) and although these scissors were very obviously their product, because I didn't have the original receipt, they flatly refused to replace them (my preference) or offer a refund. Maybe they thought I was running an illegal scissors laundering racket?

claim to be sizzix uk but weeks later still waiting for delivery of parcel from Ellison Europe Ltd. I ordered parcel from a company in America the same day and received that over a week ago before Sizzix parcel was even dispatched. to many companies misleading customer's that we are buying from within UK. Plus they using EVRi who once they have your parcel hang onto it and dont deliver.

Big shot switch plus stopped working just over a year after purchasing used on average for couple of hours every other week so not heavy use. When it worked it was ok not as good as I had hoped as didn’t always take plates through automatically. I was shocked at Sizzix attitude as out of warranty by 1 month they were not remotely interested said I should have extended warranty apparently this info is on the box I don’t remember seeing this, but tbh given the price and name behind machine “quality, reliability etc” I would NOT recommend this machine at all, so disappointing as I have spent hundreds of pounds on Sizzix products over the years. Sizzix also did not respond to social media comments about customer service

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE BIGSHOT PRO MACHINES.

The marketing team must all be on stuff as I have no idea how they could dub this machine as “professional”.

I also purchased a Gemini pro machine from crafters companion which cuts all my dies perfectly. The customer service is beyond abysmal for Sizzix. They tried to blame the dies I have purchased and the materials I am using (which I might add is pretty standard materials - cardstock).

For a professional machine I am so disappointed. It would be quicker to cut shapes out if I was back in nursery with a pair of blunt scissors.

You have been warned. If you read this and still buy it, that’s on you.

I recently purchased the new Sizzix Big Shot Switch (to replace my ten year old trusy e.bosser).

The design appears flawed, whilst it cuts dies well, the fact that the clear cutting plates are longer than the base plates means the machine frequently has difficulty reading them and a great deal of effort is required to push the sandwich into the machine.

This is not helped by the fact that top plate warped within the first few cuts and whilst this can be normal, I have never seen one warp to this degree. I have already purchased a replacement and the machine is only a month old.

No matter how hard one tries to line up the front of the plates they slip as they go into the machine hence it has frequent issues reading them and the need to push them in.

For years I used a much loved Big Shot express and Pro but moved to an electronic machine as I have MS. The e.bosser was a dream to work with by comparison to this new Sizzix machine. The combination of the warping of the top plate, smaller base plates creating the need to push the sandwich has left me with a dislocated left shoulder.

Sadly I cannot recommend this much anticipated machine and am currently looking for an alternative. Not happy given the cost of the machine and reputable name behind it.

Shocking service. Ordered just short of £100 but after 3 weeks I still haven't received my order. When I chased it at 45p per minute I was told Hermes had lost the parcel but when checking with Hermes they say they are still awaiting the parcel. Sizzix now say they will have to investigate and also said some of the order may be out of stock. This was an present for my wife's birthday. Big let down. Rubbish customer service and I do all the chasing with no communication from their side.
