Souad is an outstanding loan officer…

Souad is an outstanding loan officer and truly a pleasure to work with. She is hardworking, responsive, and very knowledgeable. Throughout our loan process, she helped us get approved and guided us step by step, making everything smooth and stress-free. She handled every detail with care and professionalism, no matter how small. We are very grateful for her support and highly recommend Souad to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated lender. Thank you for your excellent service!

Too many follow ups needed

Too many follow ups needed. Final rates are not clear until the very end. Although I initiated the process innNovember, it took until February to close. I believe the rates were better in November which I missed due to the delay.

Overall the experience was Fine

Overall the experience was okay and could have been better with being more transparent on the process and rates. We have instances of information not being shared clearly related to closing process, rate lock and needed multiple followups with the Loan officer. Closing and funding was done on time without any delay from the Lender.
