We then test drove a vehicle. Having owned VW cars previously ,everything new was clearly explained and demonstrated .We then negotiated a price to change and an agreement was made for a suitable collection day👍

Bought brand new car
Bought brand new car , staff all First Class .. however , car was faulty at pick up point ( switch replacement required) ..No spare …So I got to take the car home Monday… returned it Wed .. still no spare , car still with Sinclair and NO TIMETABLE yet upon return 🤷♂️.. Bank Holiday trip to Scotland to show family my new pride & joy cancelled… My confidence in VW and Sinclair quality management system somewhat shaken .. Not the fault of Sinclair customer facing staff BUT I’m NOT happy customer ( JDG Ammanford)

Had another wonderful car buying experience with Sinclair VW Port Talbot. No request was too much trouble and everything was dealt with professionally and efficiently. The showroom was spotless. As we have come to expect, the staff are down to earth and very friendly. We were always asked if we would like a refreshment every time we called in. We would especially like to thank our salesman, Nick. He made the whole experience stress free and a excellent experience.
