Professional, friendly, welcoming service
As a company I was made welcome from the moment I walked through the doors, offered refreshments whilst I waited for James to assist with my request. James was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the cars he is selling but did not pressure me to buy! I was able to test drive my car with my husband so we were able to discuss the car the pros and cons without pressure. Buying the chosen car was smooth and I was able to pick up the car on a day suitable to me. An experience I will always remember and I highly recommend Sinclair group.

Customer service non existent
After having an red warning light on my car today I am told by Audi Bridgend that I would have to wait until January/February before a diagnostic check and then get the repair done. If Audi are making cars with that many problems after having one for 35 years I will not be buying another one. Totally unacceptable customer service - if you can call it that!!!!
