We had a wonderful holiday in Gorges, Normandy at the Normandie Nest booked through Simply Owners. Communication with the owner was great from booking through to arrival and during our stay. It was lovely to stay in a well-loved home from home which had everything we needed and lots of information about the local area and recommendations of things to do. I would recommend booking through Simply Owners. I found the experience much more personal than many other sites and the prices were competitive too.

The location cannot be faulted. The views from the bay window in the lounge are incredible. Parking provided for a property in this location is such a bonus. We stayed as a family of 3 generations and facilities offered something for all of us. We will be back

We have been regular visitors to Wells for many years and have stayed in many properties. We have in the past used Simply Owners to hire properties in France and have found them all to be as described and reasonably priced. So when I saw Quayside Court apartment to let, I felt it would be ideal - parking space, lift and specatular views - we weren't disappointed and this is our second visit

We stayed at The Old Coach House in Aldwark and what a lovely cottage.

The booking process was easy. The cottage was reasonably priced and had everything you needed for a break away from it all. The massive, enclosed field at the back was brilliant for the dogs.

Nigel, the host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Thoroughly recommend this property and will return.

From my initial enquiry to receiving final check-in instructions, the whole process was first class. My emails & telephone enquiries were answered promptly & the staff could not have been more helpful & were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can honestly say that this the best holiday company I have ever dealt with & fully deserve a 5 star rating !

The Villa Olivina is a superb place to stay and is an excellent and highly recommended member of the SimplyOwners’ portfolio.
It is well located, spacious and comfortable and comes with an excellent range of facilities, including a stunning, large, heated swimming pool together with a heated jacuzzi nearby.

After being with simply owners since it’s inception I don’t have a bad word to say customer service is brilliant you talk to a person always the right person and not a machine never put on hold good value for money and the only place I advertise with brilliant results over the 10 years thankyou all at simply owners

I love that you can talk to a real person at Simply Owners about any technical questions of how to set your page and there is always someone on the end of a phone. I have had good enquiries through their site leading to some valuable bookings and really value that they don't take a big chunk of commission for every booking, just a simple one off annual fee. Plus they don't charge travellers too. So much better than some of the other online sites. Well worth the investment for us !

Dealing directly with the owners meant that they were able to give us the benefit of their experience of living / staying in Grassington - very helpful when planning a 30th Birthday surprise holiday

A great company who really look after their customers. We need, every year, to submit expenses for our Portuguese apartment for our annual Portuguese tax return. Any expense needs to have the local NIF number showing (A tax number for the non-resident). Simply Owners team turned that around in literally 5 minutes ! Thank you guys.
