It was a great transaction and the one issue I had re a DLC code was sorted out with an email and was done so expeditiously, my head spun, lol, I can't fault the customer service at Simply Games, I don't go anywhere else for games for the gamers in our home, whether it be for the Xbox X, Xbox One, the PS4 or the Nintendo Switch, it will always be Simply Games, they can't be beat on price or delivery, an absolutely first rate experience every time 😁 they are simply the best!!

Imagine waiting 4 days before something is due to be shipped before cancelling a preorder you've had money for for 2 months lmao.

Did not come on realise date, was 2 days late...
Apart from that, everything was ok..

Ok, the game turned up on time that was the positives, when I contacted to highlight they had not provided the pre order Beta code they replied saying I should have gone to Warner bros but did not explain that before then ignored my follow up response which is a terrible way to treat customers will use someone else in the future be warned people.

Price was great compared to other sites and have preordered before with simply games. Games normally arrive on the day of release if not before. Unfortunately this time the game arrived two days after release. Otherwise happy with service.

I paid for the fast delivery and it arrived next day, and well packaged. The prices are great on Simply Games so there really is no reason to use any other retailer for games!

My game came the next day. Free 1st class post is great! And at a slightly lower price than retail, too.

Ordered a game at 6pm on Saturday and it arrived at 1pm on Monday. Can't ask for better service than that, especially as I live in the very far north of Scotland.
