Reasons

Found these by accident after I had already put in a order elsewhere.
These saved me £40, ordering was easy, delivery was reasonable and the lights are a hit with my customer.
I'll definitely use again.

Poor quality

The lights are not sturdy and don’t tighten up and keep falling down plus the bulbs are held by 2 metal strings make it look very ugly

Hi There,

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our products, if they are falling down normally it would be because the hole size is too large.

My suggestion would be to contact the customer services team and ask for advise. They will be able to figure things out for you, since these are best seller products and this is only possible if the hole size is wrong.

I see the light!!!

Very good service. Saw the same lights, at a very well known plumbing company, which were triple the cost. Slight mix up on the delivery (missing info on del address) which they rectified straight away and I received my delivery the next day. Will use again, highly recommended.

Look really smart

Bought 5 of these LED’s with 2 transformers for my new kitchen. The light they give off is perfect. Having the 3 light settings was what drew me to these and they are well worth it. Really simple installation just plugging them into to the transformer. Great price and fast delivery. Good communication before the purchase as I made enquiries about the lights and transformers. Would definitely buy more if needed.
