I recently used SimOptions's E-Sim card for my trip to Italy. From the start, purchase, installation and set up it was the easiest experience I've ever had. The service was excellent, never interrupted. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

After a very simple and successful eSim purchase and activation my eSim suddenly ceased work after 7 days. I am traveling for 3 months, so need data. I emailed customer support and they ghosted me after three days, having done nothing useful to assist. I reached out to the live chat, provided all the information a second time to the Zendesk 1st level support, was told it was being escalated to “customer care” and that i would receive an email. The eSim is not working- its not user error, i just want a refund or the ability to get a new product. Meanwhile, i have used a roaming product from my Australian phone provider so that i give time to SimOptions to resolve the issue. It has cost me more money to wait for an outcome. Terrible service, nonsense use of technology to basically avoid any accountability for issues with products they resell. It was a USD$29 product- 7 days has passed with no resolution. Providing a refund or a new product straight away is all that is required to remedy this. Do not bother to spend money with this company cos if anything goes wrong, you are on your own.

Always looking for a great eSIM option while travelling, that’s the only way to get around and communicate. Used it in Asia and the USA, first time in Europe. ALWAYS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Recommend it

I spent several days looking at different eSIM options and sites. I wanted an eSIM for Europe that had both data and a phone number. However, I don't need a lot of data. SimOptions actually offered me a 31 day plan with a phone number and only 20GB of data. Plenty of data for me and for the right price. I've been very happy with how easy it has been to purchase the eSIM.

Plus 3G que 5G, pas très opérationnelle à Phnom Penh. Tu perds du temps à rechercher la connexion. C'est désagréable, je ne recommande pas.

The price was very reasonable, the explanations for downloading and use were clear and efficient. The Esim worked immediately. We were able to use the data all over Egypt, with only one small disconnection in the middle of the desert. Will definitely try again in other countries
