I really don’t like leaving one-star reviews, but after being a generally happy Signifyd customer for years, I’m out of other options. What should have been a simple renewal has dragged on with long stretches of no response, which has made it surprisingly hard to get basic questions answered or move anything forward.

The other issue is the contract itself. The agreement we were sent contained terms and provisions that were not what we discussed and not what we expected to sign, and we weren’t given a workable path to correct those mismatches.

I’m genuinely disappointed because the product relationship has been solid historically. If you’re considering Signifyd, my advice is to be very careful during renewal: insist on timely communication and make sure the contract you receive matches what was actually agreed to.

I cannot use the Walmart app. I cannot buy from a bullion dealer that I have had a relationship with for three years. Flagged 25 times because of these idiots for no reason. I'm not sure where they get there data from but it isn't accurate. They are impossible to contact if you are a consumer. They will only respond if you're a business.

Signifyd will quickly burn the multi-million dollar business you’ve built.

They promised protection from fraud and increased acceptance of orders, instead, they took a LARGE CHUNK of our money, blocked THOUSANDS of legitimate orders from loyal customers, and completely wrecked our reputation. No warning, no explanation. Just cancellations and total chaos!!

We were left to fix everything manually and apologize for their mistakes. They charge a fortune, cancel real orders, and disappear. We lost sales, customer trust, and years of work.

Skip the headache. Accept chargebacks yourself, it's cheaper, and without the total nightmare. Do yourself and your business a favour - avoid these scammers at all costs.

Please stay away from Signifyd if you are really looking for a reliable partner that protects you from fraudulent orders. I started using them on March 2019 - 3 years now during all of that period of time I never received a chargeback and I was paying my monthly fees to them without delays as they have card on file they charge you without delays. On February 5th 2022 I received my first chargeback for $215 as of today March 14 I still did not receive promised reimbursment for this chargeback. I have been in commincation with their support for more than 2 weeks and they can't just pay me back the value of this chargeback. What kind of protection I got? ZERO I have paid them more than $20000 in 3 years as fees and now I'm unable to take $215. I hope someone can read this review and stay away from them.
