Wonderful Customer Service

The customer service was great. We had several follow up questions prior to submitting our order and the representative was remained patient and courteous, and always replied promptly.

The pins we ordered as our membership pins, with our logo turned out great! Have shown them to our employees and they love them. Signature pins did a great job and got them to us on time, as promised

Proud To Offer Their Product Around the World

Signature pins customized pins for our organization, that we use for promotional programs. They provided speedy service and a beautiful end product. We have recommended them to other organizations around the world. This is the third time we have ordered from them.

Signature pins is terrific!

Signature pins, from top to bottom, was a great experience! Establishing my order, creatively changing certain details, creating a detailed work order, so I knew. exactly what I was getting, and then perfect execution. Result, Beautiful pins that our club members will enjoy for decades, thank you signature pins!

First time!

First time doing pins for our Little League. The company was great to work with even when I had a slight change to a design they had sent me. Knowing I ordered during a very busy season they did great getting them to us! They also look AMAZING!!!!

Late Shipping…Huge disappointment

While everything leading up to our receiving of the pins was great, I will never use signature pins again. We were promised a date and the pins arrived a week later, well into our Nationals tournament. The girls missed a vital part of their tournament and our team was out $1300 and now we are left with 400 pins. There was no refund, just a discount for future use offered. We were told we could change shipping address and reroute. We attempted they wouldn’t overnight so we wouldn’t have received the pins at nationals until we were done playing. Highly disappointed with this company.
