My bath sink faucet has been working great for many years now and when there was a little drip they responded immediately with warranty parts. Later now I've just had a little issue and they are going out of their way to make everything better than original! Thanks!

A very incredible customer service with fast and customer-focused responses. There was a problem with jets that they first sent out and the way they resolved the issue was well beyond my expectations. I received additional jets of the correct type for significantly less than I should have paid. I can highly recommend Signature Hardware.

I have spent 15,000 over the last 4 years in signature hardware items. I show a shower set that is new and acting up. I have a very important event at my house the things they are asking me to do to get a replacement sent is silly. I told them I would send back the other set. Terrible customer service 9000.00 alone has been spent in the last 2 months for my house which I do not consider a little amount for shower and bathroom fixtures. I will never buy again and I do not recommend them as they will not stand by product. Danny jezek

I bought a kitchen faucet from Signature Hardware 11 years ago. I developed a slow drip on the cold supply. Not only did they have my original order on file, they replaced both hot and cold cartridges under their 25 year warranty. Delivered in 3 days. 5 star+ customer service!!

Do not get on their e-mail list. After a purchase (which actually went rather smoothly) they have continued to send me promotional e-mails even though I have unsubscribed SEVERAL times. They are relentless and don't care about your desire to be left alone. I have added them to my spam filter and will never do business with them again. EVER.

They have no replacement parts for their door knobs and they're already getting into games about using lubricant on a door handle that is clearly no longer working because the inner mechanism is worn out. I'm out. NO MORE SIGNATURE HARDWARE. THEY DON'T THINK STRAIGHT.

Bought a couple of things with them and they are one of the most pleasant companies to deal with. The quality of their product is top notch too.

Poor service

I ordered a brass curved shower rod for our bathroom remodel and it was exactly what I hoped it to be. Our contractor was delayed in starting our remodel project and towards the end of the project, we chose to go with a glass sliding door enclosure instead of rod and shower curtain. The company graciously allowed us to return the rod without a restocking fee and emailed us a return label ($15 fee deducted from refund). They were extremely accommodating and understand and the product received was of great quality. I would highly recommend using this company.

I purchased a kitchen faucet with a lifetime warranty from Signature Hardware 14 years ago. The sprayer hose recently started leaking, and I reached out to the distributor where I purchased all of my plumbling supplies for this remodeling, Ferguson in Dallas. They promised a reply with 24-48 hours, and I received a reply within 48 hours. While Signature no longer had replacement parts, they replaced the entire faucet and shipped promptly. My plumber reinstalled and I was back in business. Thanks, Signature Hardware for great quality product with a wonderful warranty and perfect customer service.

purchased a pedestal sink from Signature Hardware which did not work out. Called to return the item, and was told that they could not do a UPS call tag pickup. 2 boxes...94lbs and 48lbs! I'm 75 years old and don't have a vehicle that would fit then even if I could pick them up. Very poor, very rude! Never again with them!

Ok helpful and constructive…. Liquidate your company and never make another faucet as long as you live…. Absolute junk!!!!

I purchased a stand alone faucet for my pedestal tub 16 years ago. The inner workings of the faucet (cartridge) broke recently. I didn't have the order number or remember where I bought it. I looked online and found what appeared to be my faucet. I contacted their customer service. They looked up my address, found my order and they said it was under warranty still and would ship it free. Then they realized that unit was discontinued and they are replacing the whole unit! That's amazing customer service. Kendra was the agent and she went above and beyond. I'm so thrilled I bought from Signature Hardware. Their customer service is stellar!! They need to be recognized for this today as it is so rare to find such a great company! I'm just in awe. Thank you, Signature Hardware!

Purchased a very heavy stone sink that arrived fast and very well packaged but with a blemish. My customer service experience was great. It was so easy to send an email with a picture of the blemish, and they inspected the replacement sink before shipping it out. Thank you Ashley!

We had to spend $200 on tarps and bungies to cover the 385 pound vanity we ordered -- and then pay two guys a bunch of cash -- to move the vanity in to our house. I have furnished two of my own homes with Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, and this is the first company where $2500 spent doesn't get you in-home delivery! We haven't installed yet so my rating might go down. Avoid Signature Hardware if you can. Te

We Bought a vanity for a clients home. The first thing that was wrong was there was 2 blemishes on the drawer front. I asked for a replacement and all they could do for me was give me a discount. Then when we went to install we realized the sinks do not line up with the cabinet fronts. It is also not made to code and we can not use the top. We have emailed and tried to work it out but customer service is no longer responding to us. Our clients are very upset for the set back. I would not recommend buying this over priced piece of garbage. Definitely not worth the money.

Not sure how I review with no stars but DO NOT BUY FROM SIGNATURE HOMEWARES after at first responding to advise they would happily refund for my item as I was very unimpressed with the terrible quality of the knitted blanket I received, they subsequently began to ignore my emails chasing the refund that never came. This was now 3 months ago and I’m still without an item - as it was received back by them - a refund and as of rhe 10th December a response from anybody there.
Disgusting behaviour from this company, do not purchase from them, this company is a Scam.

DO NOT BUY from Signature Homewares, they do not respond to emails concerning non delivery of orders, fortunately I paid through PayPal so have raised a complaint and a refund request.

Ordered an item on the 11th of December, it never arrived, couldn't get a response from anyone, finally they got in touch on the 21st of December and said they would send it by 24parcel force, it's the 9th of January and I still have had no item and no refund so I'm down 40 odd quid. Do not buy from this company, they don't know how too run a business.

Absolutely shocking company, ordered goods and no delivery came. When I emailed I received a response full of personal information about the directors. This company should not be trading. Like many I didn’t read reviews.
