SI Seeds Arvostelua 

I order the 10/05 more than 30e on seeds. It said that my package would arrive on around 1 week. We are on the 19/06 and I haven't received it. At the beginning I was patient because of all the story of Covid 19, but I saw the tracking pack and my package has been stucked in Serbia (who knows why) since the 22/05. I texted them more than 20 times in different days and I haven't get any feedback, so I'm trying to get my money back through PayPal.
You should totally avoid this page!!! If you want seeds, don't come here!

I am really happy that i found this site. Products were indeed of good quality. They are polite, and every my question was really quick answered. I wanted to pay with my credit card but this was not possible becouse they do not accept cards. But they then help me to pay with my card trough PayPal without to make PayPal Account. I have now 10 orders and until now it was everything perfect. Shiping is free for over 40 euro and i usualy always get my order wthin 5 to 15 days.

I'll give them 1 star because I've made two orders and the products were indeed of good quality. The price is off the charts but one can claim that if you want cheaper, why don't you just order "surprise" seeds from China on eBay? I think you know what I mean.

The beef I have with this company, from Croatia - at least the seeds were shipped from a Croatian address - started the day I saw they were asking, on their website, for an English-Portuguese product description translation in exchange for a 10€ voucher, that could be discounted in an online purchase on si-seeds - the minimum order value for discount to be valid were also €10. I rushed in to make the translation and sent it. They approved and readily placed it online.

Everything went great, they created the 10€ voucher and placed it in my personal account at si seeds. The real problem started when I tried to use the voucher and couldn't complete the order because there was an error message regarding the delivery "No carriers available for this address" - and keep in mind this had been the same address I had used for 2 previous orders with no problem whatsoever.

When I complained about it, they said I wasn't complying with the 10€ minimum amount order but, in this same email, informed me that they had deleted my account - where I had fidelity points and purchase history - and that I could make a new one to solve the problem. I was infuriated because, even though I'm no computer expert, I knew this had nothing to do with my account but still I went and made a new account, where they placed the voucher once again (but no other information whatsoever from my previous account), and the problem remained, the same error message. My complain resulted in this new account being deleted as well and, of course, I realized that whoever was behind this company had no respect whatsoever for his clients.

It's a shame because, with the right people this could be a great place to order rare seeds. Now it's just an online shop to avoid.

They say you can pay by credit card on the first page, but it's not possible when you try to pay.
In their mail conversation they are very unpleasant. So stay away from this site!
